The Liberal-Hindu love of the West is rooted in a particular Hindu heritage of the West
According to Schopenhauer, Hegel and Nietzsche, the West is the product of a certain Indian philosophical school of thought rooted in Atheistic-Materialist Hindu Metaphysics, so it would make sense that liberal Indians would be the greatest defenders of the west. It is after all the product of their school's belief systems.
Japanese thinker and philosopher Ikki Kita once stated:
“The civilizations of Egypt and Babylon were followed by the Greek civilization, which in turn was replaced by Roman civilization. After the Roman civilization came that of individual nation-states…. A narrow-minded theory from Indian civilization became the basis of Western religious philosophy, but all traces of this in India itself were wiped out and its passage in China left only the bare bones."
