Hi Fire Ones...
All last year, especially since the summer, we were actively prepared for the transition... or to put it more precisely, they simply took us by the hand and by all available means transferred us to higher realities, giving us all effective methods, tools and help...
Since the end of November, as soon as Pluto finally moved into Aquarius, the next stage of letting go of the old paradigm began... since it has long come to an end and is now in an active period of disintegration... and will no longer be able to support us in the way we are accustomed to in many aspects of life... and although it seems that everything around is still functioning... not everything is as it seems...
Each of us is part of the whole... a thread in the tapestry of our world of growth, expansion and ascension... and although we cannot always clearly see the whole picture... nevertheless, in a more conscious state, we can notice what is happening to us, especially to those who are in the front rows... who are channels and transmitters of change... when we let go of something from the old... and it may even seem that we are losing some support in this world... nevertheless, the same thing is happening with the common field with our entire world.. everything that does not serve growth and does not correspond to the new frequency of the new stage of ascension and growth is rapidly melting and will continue to rapidly come to the surface of the common consciousness in a shocking and awakening way, causing ripples of even greater expansion of consciousness as a consequence of the rise in frequency and the awakening from sleep of even more souls... we can already see how the young generation is coming forward that will lead us all even higher and deeper into the divine... and what took us most of our lives to collect all the knowledge bit by bit and integrate it, they, unlike us, are already at a more equipped and prepared level for serving and realizing the next stage of transition and ascension... and pleasantly surprise us with their boundless wisdom, clarity and purposefulness of not only a clear vision of the path but also the ways of its implementation.....

in order to really be the frequency
holders and the frequency emanator that
you
are you have to
disconnect from the frequency that is
dominant which is the mental construct
the ego construct the construct that is
separation we wish for you to begin
thinking of that as a vibrational
frequency because that's what it is and
it is dominant in your physical reality
so to speak that is the dominant
frequency
the evolution that is occurring is a
shifting of
frequencies from the head from the Mind
from the mental construct down to the
heart center the center of the soul the
area of the body both physical and
energetic where Source energy is more
felt and more experienced and so
thinking of that in terms of spiritual
practice well what you need to do is you
need to take time deliberately to
disconnect from the broadcast that is
the mental construct now there is the
individual mental construct which is
your individual beliefs perceptions
ideas that likely most of those have
been programmed or conditioned into you
by your caregivers or by your culture so
there's that broadcast of your own
individual mental construct and then of
course there is the collective mental
construct that is a separate but very
real broadcast and so when it comes down
to your daily spiritual practice the
practice is to disconnect
from these energetic broadcasts you can
think of them like radio
stations these are radio stations being
beamed
out that you want to disconnect from and
of course this is why we suggest that
the number one most important most
beneficial most impactful practice that
you have access to is meditation where
you deliberately and purposefully still
your mind quiet the mind stop the mind
as much as you can because what are you
really doing it's not just stopping the
mind it's not just slowing the mind or
quieting the mind it's disconnecting
from the energetic broadcast that is the
mental construct it's changing the
channel it's changing the the radio
station Shifting the dial if you will
now what station do you want to tunee
into is the question well you want to
tune into the energetic broadcast that
is Source energy source energy either
your higher self which is the purest
emanation of source that you have access
to within your own being or whatever
your idea of what quote unquote God is
the infinite being that is universal

this also carries a broadcast but is
much different than the broadcast of the
mental construct so we suggest
meditation because it is deliberately
sitting disconnecting from the Mind
almost like pulling the plug out of the
mind and plugging in to a different
broadcast meditation is the best way to
do that however what is true is that it
is not the only way to do that there are
other ways as well so it is up to each
one of you to notice how you change the
channel
what is the best thing that you can do
that changes this channel from the
mental construct to the emanation of
source if you will so you can go out in
nature because nature is a very pure
emanation of source there's no mental
construct in nature in the forest in the
water why does that feel so good because
there's no broadcast there that will
lure you in pull you in to those old
narratives that you are here to
disconnect from the practice of
creativity where you paint or create or
write that often disconnects someone
from their mental construct because in
order to be creative you need to be
connected to source source is the source

practices but this is just a new

you're disconnecting from an energetic
frequency the one that is dominant on
the planet that is causing a lot of
chaos and causing a lot of problems
