A trigger is a chance to become more whole.
Triggers can happen when least expected, forcing you to confront something you might have preferred to forget.
But if you take a step back and see this ain’t an attack but an opportunity to heal, this supposed curse becomes a blessing for you to know there’s a wound not yet healed.
Don't ask why is this happening ‘to’ me but why is it happening ‘for’ me. Then you can realize that the trigger is just a messenger.
The ball is in your court - you decide what to do with it.
You can just kick it away, pretending it wasn’t there, or you can analyze which wound or trauma needs further healing.
Forgive yourself each time you didn't recognize it right away and fell back into old patterns.
Don't strive for perfection but for healing.
Avoiding your triggers ain’t healing. But courageously facing what shows up and then transforming it into something beautiful, that’s healing.

We are all in this together. It’s not just a saying, it is true! ✨

We are doing this together, helping each other to perfectly fulfill our roles.

What is it that only you can do?
What do you want to share with the world? How do you see the world you want to live in?

We all have a vision of what the “New Earth” should look like.
But maybe we also only see a part of the whole picture. Perhaps we see this one part most clearly for which we are responsible.

Each and every one of us is like a piece of a giant, breathtaking, magical puzzle. 🧩
And the whole picture becomes more recognizable and beautiful as more pieces find their place and fit together. ✨

Some pieces might need bridge builders in between to fit with their neighbors.
Some pieces need assistance with their own stability so that they can build the frame of the bigger picture, so that others have a sense of direction and can find their own place.
Some puzzle pieces might be sitting there all by themselves for a long time, waiting for the puzzle to grow so that they can see more clearly where they belong in all this.
Some pieces may try to fit in somewhere and never feel comfortable until they eventually realize they tried in the wrong place and redefine themselves to find their true purpose.
Some pieces may be missing for some time, but in the end, everyone will find their true place in their own timing. Their unique place in this new amazing adventure.

No piece is more important or less important than another. We should never forget that. 💖

We could never fit into the world that we found here, because we are all part of a much bigger whole.
Now it is time for us to embrace that energy and create with it. ✨

As much as we dissolve individual patterns, limitations and heal past life or generational traumas we serve the collective with high bursting healing energies. Thus everything that we’re healing inside of ourselves is being transformed not just for us but for all generations that have been and for those to come. ✨

Great divine sisterhood is so powerful. Accessing divine knowledge and powers, honoring and owning our gifts and treasures deeply...

We’ve often been so distracted by lower vibrating energies. Many of our beautiful sisters have been indoctrinated to be jealous and to focus on rival and concurrent energies insted of co-working, supporting loving and nurturing sisterhood. But those times are over.

There’s no more separation and fighting or envying each other. Those energies are not meant for the dimensional energy shifts to come. It comes together what belongs together and so I see so many beautiful souls overcoming their limitations and programming once and for all.
And more and more healing circles and supporting friendships are forming and connecting to create their magic and help heal the world with their beautiful divine healing energies. 💫
