The Microplastic Craze
As someone that has regularly talked about micro and nano-plastics over the last few years it's been interesting to see the recent microplastic craze.
Everyone's talking about it. It's hit the mainstream-news, hard! News articles. TV 'investigations'. My neighbour (a staunch mainstreamist) was telling me about how it's the new asbestos 😂
We talk about microplastic and nanoplastics just like we talk about heavy metals and nanometals and nanocarbons.
On that note, have you noted the distinct omission of the word
So why do the mainstreamers conveniently forget to mention the word 'nano' and forget to mention anything other than plastics and forever chemicals? 🤔
The same mainstream blue-pilled 'alternative truthers' that laughed at us for buying glass water bottles 10 years ago are now refusing to see sense when we talk about nanotech. They're the same people that are now panicking about their synthetic clothing and polyester dental floss while taking their favourite petroleum-based miracle drug: Methylene Blue and a host of dangerou- oh-I-mean wonderful nano-metals.
When the microplastic craze first started hitting the mainstream, I publicly said that it didn't make sense that this would go so mainstream. I said there must be a hidden agenda to this. I hypothesised that this was some part of the 'climate' and 'sustainability' agenda to increase the public consciousness of pollution which in turn is weaponised and used to further the agenda.
It's been about a year and a half since then and some things have become clearer:
1️⃣ Sustainability
Yes, part of this is clearly about the sustainability agenda. Pollution is a legitimate problem. What isn't legitimate are all the proposed solutions. This whole thing is just being weaponised for further corruption and control.
You need to be taxed for every plastic bottle you buy so that your taxes go to billion dollar robotic ships that sieve the ocean 😂 (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tLcnJEMnlTs)
We've all heard of wildlife eating plastics and choking, or dying with scores of bottle-caps in their stomach.
With the microplastic craze... people's involvement is taken a step further:
2️⃣ Health
The 'climate crisis' now becomes even more relevant to you, it's killing you. It's in your brain, reproductive organs, bloodstream... causing you damage this. very. second.
Of course, the large-scale solution to this isn't self-sufficiency and de-centralisation... no no no, the solution is MORE centralisation and more power in the hands of a few 'philanthropic visionaries'.

Supplement Industry Takeover
This is a video I watched in the early days that helped shape my research in these subjects.
When you watch this vid, the supplement takeover examples that I occasionally give on this channel become quite unsurprising.
Big Pharma corrupts the benefits of supplements in three main ways:
1️⃣ Balancing the good material with a great dose of synthetic (and often nano) fillers, binders & preservatives.
➡️ What use is an antioxidant capsule if you have a bunch of oxidants in it too?
2️⃣ More synthetic and un-natural forms of vitamins and minerals.
➡️ An example is synthetic Tryptophan which makes you skip a part of your sleep cycle.
3️⃣ Combining vitamins and minerals that should not be combined.
➡️ Like Calcium & Zinc which compete for absorption.
And all respect to "Randy and Pam", but I would question what compromises a family-owned business had to make to compete in a market dominated by Big Pharma 🤔🤔

To those that refuse to acknowledge nanotech
It has come to my attention that numerous influential health channels absolutely refuse to talk about nanotechnology.
Not even nanotech-denial, just full blackout silence. 😶
There is no talking about health, without talking about nanotech.
That's like talking about health, while ignoring microplastics (and... oh wait for it... NANOplastics).
It's like talking about health but just conveniently ignoring the fact that we eat trillions of these tiny bizarre materials DAILY.
Refer to: https://t.me/powerofthepulse/74 and https://t.me/powerofthepulse/149
➡️ I understand that the term 'nanotech' is overused, misused and totally abused by gurus trying to get attention.
I have been one of the people at the forefront of calling these gurus out both directly and indirectly for the last 2 years.
I know that many of the alternative communities focussed around nanotech spread large amounts of confusing, contradictory and counter-productive information.
That is a tactic (whether intentional or not) to turn you away from recognising this assault against you.
Again, me and my colleagues do our best to sort through the noise for you and turn into calm rational sense.
⬇️
So perhaps instead of crawling into a corner and shutting our eyes, we can gain great benefit individually and as the larger Truther Community by facing the basic facts about nanotech with knowledge instead of fear... and actually doing something about this assault against us.

Primary-age child constipation rates up 60% in England
For this post, let's ignore the effects of childhood-*****🥕
The interesting thing is this:
About 50% of these kids would have their problem solved simply by stopping wheat. That's it!
For others, it'll help, but won't be enough.
Another 25% would have their problem solved by cutting out (in addition to wheat) the rest of the grains, corn and highly processed foods.
Yet another smaller percentage of children, would benefit from the above... but their system would be so sensitive or so compromised, to truly get better they need a more proactive plan like proper nutrition and live ferments to repair their compromised gut bacteria.
The children that are more sensitive are more inconvenienced and suffer more in the short-term, but in the long-term if they follow the right path they will benefit more than the children whose system was able to cope with a half-baked solution.
Because long-term, it's likely that the quick-and-easy solution will result in a short-term improvement... but long-term the accumulative stress will result in a return of the original problem, or a milder version.

ChatGPT
I see a lot of talk about AI. All the time.
AI is not an entity. It's not a living being. It's not a deity.
It's a series of technologies that computer programs can utilise.
Now regarding ChatGPT, some people think it:
🧠 is a magical 'know-all' super-being, you ask it serious questions expecting serious answers
👺 is some kind of deity or devil (it's neither but perhaps look to who owns and funds it)
🕵️ can 'expose' the internal evil agendas of the enemies or expose the truth about AI taking over the world
Respectfully, this all operates under fundamental ignorance of what ChatGPT is.
It's a language model. The quick rundown is -
They basically took trillions of written text, articles, blogs, fanfictions, books, PDFs, research papers and put it into a database and ran an algorithm on it. This algorithm finds connections between the words strung together and uses associations to learn how to put sentences together and how to respond to text in a coherent manner.
It also incorporates the text interactions from it's users and from your own chats with it into it's database of 'associations'.
This means that everything ChatGPT has ever written is the blended-soup writings of millions of PEOPLE.
Not robots. Not deities. Not super-smart-esoterically-sophisticated computers.
It also means every time you ask ChatGPT about 'AI taking over the world', 'is God real', 'the deep state', it's only going to answer you based on what people have written in the past. That includes the good old fact-check articles, dystopian AI fantasy fiction books, atheist blogs, Mormon blogs, Sikh books and probably transcripts of Alex Jones screaming about gay frogs.
Now granted, a lot of this is 'refined' and curated by your favourite tech billionaire and his team to ensure ChatGPT doesn't deviate too far from the line. But the fact remains, ChatGPT is a result of the writings of people, all mushed together.
Within a chat, you can also start focussing it. Because it has such a diverse range of sources, it is susceptible to suggestion. This is why when you add more context and key-words into the chat, you can easily change it's mysterious-and-esoteric 'opinions'.
A lot of you ask ChatGPT questions about nanotech and extract scientific references from it... then get shocked when I tell you to look up those references and you find they don't exist because it made them up 😭
How did it make such convincing names? Because it literally has a database of thousands of real research titles that get mushed together and random combinations and titles are spat out.

On Hope
We all need hope.
Nihilism is clearly part of the enemy. If people think there's nothing they can do, they are already defeated.
But hope comes in many forms. We can choose to place our hope in reliable areas.
So instead of hoping that other people will save us, or hoping that government officials will be our alternative voices, or hoping billionaires will uphold free speech...
We can chose to put hope in our Creator, ourselves and our own plans.

Prevention vs Healing
When talking about any environmental toxin -
There are two categories of actions to take.
1️⃣ Damage Prevention is all about reducing exposure.
This means that we focus on
➡️ avoiding the toxin
➡️ reducing our contact with it
➡️ preventing it from entering our system
This means that we identify things that can hurt us. Using certain products, eating from certain sources, living in certain areas etc... and finding safer alternatives to avoid the damage.
This alone, will not fix the previous damage the toxin has already caused you.
But it's important for two reasons:
❗️ Stops or minimises more damage on you.
❗️ Reduce toxic exposure = more space for the body to recover & get stronger
2️⃣ Healing is more focussed on the existing condition of your system
This approach may be confused with 'detoxes' and 'cleanses'.
Here's my opinion on how to use this approach correctly:
Healing means we focus on the body's ability to heal and repair naturally.
A 'detox' or 'cleanse' may sometimes have a place in this process, but they are NOT the priority.
The priority first is providing the body the nutrition, energy, space & time to heal.
Additionally, knowing your health 'weak-points' and history helps direct situation-specific support.
This might mean that it's years before your body decides it's ready for a 'deep detox'. And that's fine because you don't need a detox to feel better or recover.
Together, damage prevention and pro-active healing methods are an optimal combination.
Just remember: your own body knows better.

Nanotech Quote of the Day #28
"Pessimists, [...] take a cautionary position, preaching instead a “go-slow” approach, pointing to a lack of sufficient scientific information on health risks and general failure on the part of regulatory agencies and patent offices."
📝 This is referring to the fact that consumer protection, environmental protection and other regulatory bodies WORLDWIDE have failed to control nanotechnologies properly. They do not require companies to provide very relevant safety information. They do not require disclosure. They do not enforce accountability.
I wonder why that is 🤔
"[...] nanotechnology has already permeated virtually every sector of the global economy, with potential applications consistently inching their way into the marketplace".
"[for example] nanoscale titanium dioxide, present in powdered Dunkin doughnuts and Hostess Donettes, has been classified as a potential carcinogen by NIOSH while the World Health Organization (WHO) has linked it in powder form to cancers."
📝 Even the loveliest, most ethical and benevolent WHO are forced to recognise this toxicity 😂 and yet still companies are allowed to pretend that nano-sized metals and non-nano-sized metals are the same. This means that nanotech is not evaluated based on it's toxicity, instead it's treated like a normal particle.
It is no secret that nanopatents of dubious scope and breath, especially on foundational nanomaterials and upstream nanotechnologies, have been granted by patent offices around the world. In fact, “patent prospectors” have been on a global quest for “nanopatent land grabs” since the early 1980s.
📝 This is like the classic pharma model. Let's make a chemical, then figure out a reason we can prescribe it to people.

One Toxin Many Problems
This concept and the mechanisms around it are particularly amplified in nano-toxicology.
For example you could have a nanoparticle that physically damages some cellular machinery, then blocks an ion channel all while releasing toxic components and causing the formation of free radicals... which destabilises the cell.
The last point alone has plenty of downstream effects like disrupting cellular energy, interrupting proper DNA repair resulting in mutations, causing inflammation in response to the damage, cell death if repair isn't possible and even cancer if things go really badly.
(for those that don't believe DNA exists, the equivalent would be simply disrupting natural cellular communication signals)
If you're interested I can talk more about this in tomorrow's post.

The toxin itself is not usually the final issue. The toxins cause a long chain of metabolic reactions, depending on many different parameters and scenarios. - @DrRobertSniadach

Another way big pharma corrupts good supplements:
The patents and copyrights.
It's impossible to shop for supplements without seeing 'proprietary technology', ™️ and ®️
You can't just patent pure nature, but these companies need to find a way to commercialise and monetise
Here are the three main reasons you'll see the trademarks (sorted most to least common):
1️⃣ Superior Delivery Systems
These are by far the most dangerous. At this point, the moment I see 'delivery system' or 'improved absorption', I don't even need to look for the nano-related keywords... I've repeated the process and seen the same thing 50 times.
They all have different names and patents for their 'superior delivery systems', but essentially it's all the same.
They take a natural and good material, and corrupt it with a nano-metal or nano-lipid delivery.
Refer to https://t.me/powerofthepulse/412 and https://t.me/powerofthepulse/453
2️⃣ Proprietary Extraction Methods
Usually these are OK. This usually is a patent for a specific process they use to extract the goodness from natural sources in a particular way. Find out everything you can about the method and email the company if necessary, but usually it isn't a massive source of concern.
3️⃣ Proprietary Blends
This refers to certain combinations of ingredients. These are the least problematic, however they also should be treated with caution.
An important point is to read ALL ingredients. Often times blends can be dangerous because we might miss an important ingredient to note like Chlorella in a list of 15 non-problematic herbs.
If a company does not provide a full list of ingredients, and refuses to do so even when emailed, do not purchase from them. It's as simple as that. I don't care what they tell you about being "all natural" and "ethically sourced"... aborted baby-fetus cell-lines are natural and 'ethically sourced from a lab' too.

I've realised that part of the demonization of social media is because they need everyone thinking it's bad
If people use this TOOL correctly, it is way too powerful.
People can learn, debate, plan and organise at large scales.
People have used the internet for mass decentralized education, awareness raising and activism.
But you never see those stories on the news.
The internet has managed to right wrongs and support ill-treated people.
The internet has solved crimes.
The internet has been used to blow whistles and expose powerful entities.
But, if you tell people it's bad for them and you keep pushing that frame... they'll still use it but likely with that negative mindset imposed upon their usage.

Questioning Fallacies
One of the biggest problems people have when questioning is not lack of knowledge, it's lack of confidence.
You ask a sales rep a challenging question. They answer back with conviction & certainty.
🗣 They might be talking absolute rubbish! But most people just hear the certainty with which the rubbish is said convincingly.
You don't need to be me or Tony P to figure out when something smells bad. You just need to trust your senses & discernment!
I've had people try challenging zeolite sales reps, then crumble the moment the sales rep responds with a soup of 15 botched research papers
They've convinced you that they can understand reality and you need them to know what's good and bad.
The above image showcases someone with 300k followers who is likely well-intentioned talking total fantasy, then being corrected.
How many people read that comment and thought "she knows, I don't"? How many people thought "hmm, I can look that up and find out for myself"?

3️⃣ Horrible Facts about the Smallness of Nanoparticles
Often something that escapes people is how different nanoparticles are because of their size.
Imagine the cells in your body. Tiny living workers that make up 'tissues' which make up your organs.
To show you just how small these building blocks are, you have around 30 trillion cells in you.
Now imagine inside one cell, you have a particle so small that if the cell was New York City, the particle would be a Chevrolet Spark.
Being that size affords nanoparticles terrifying freedoms.
1️⃣ Nanoparticles easily infiltrate sensitive areas of the body, a famous example is penetrating the Blood Brain Barrier.
It's kind of like going through airport security, except you're an ant.
2️⃣ Nanoparticles ride in the air.
From there it's onto your skin or into your lungs.
Now tell me which is worse:
🙌 When nanoparticles end up on your skin, they might not be directly absorbed into your bloodstream, but in most cases they will accumulate under your skin and around your hair. In the long-term this places stress on your skin and hair, making you prone to skin problems.
🫁 When nanoparticles enter the lungs they can directly enter the blood. Or they might stay in the lungs and cause cause bumpy irritations... or cancer. Just ask any long-time welder about their lungs (welding releases nanoparticles).
3️⃣ Nanoparticles accumulate
What happens when you totally bypass any and every security measure in a building?
You do whatever you want!
Nanoparticles are the same, except they do what their programmers want them to do.
And in many cases this is simply hanging out in specific locations in the body, for months, years and even decades.
The longer the nanoparticle hangs out, the more of it's buddies join it. A few Chevrolet's are fine inside the body, but when Manhattan ends up with 3000 car meets at the same time, things can go very wrong.
Also: some of the nanoparticles that entered our bodies when we were in the womb, will still be in us when we die. How creepy is that 😂😂
➡️ Solution: learn about nano disengagement. learn about identifying nano in products. slowly make improvements.

You have to look more closely at what the various toxic pollutants actual do in the body. The toxin itself is not usually the final issue. The toxins cause a long chain of metabolic reactions, depending on many different parameters and scenarios. The damage they do directly (the poisonous factor), plus the damage from intermediate internal metabolites, plus the challenges and potential damage of final detoxification and elimination (liver, lungs, kidneys, etc).
Very complex.
Very complex.

"It won't play again, the people will rise"
We all want hope.
But I think often people place all their hope in others. How other people are going to save them, find solutions to their problems and make everything rosy.
To all the lovely truthers talking the big talk
"the 2020 pantomime show will never happen again, it won't run"
"everyone has woken up" "wE tHe pEOpLe"
1️⃣ In May 2024, the Aussie government announced they had allocated $6.5 million to an inquiry on an age-based social media ban.
The excuse? "Social media causes social harm, we need to get kids on the footy fields"
Awww look at that, the government really does care 🥺
Some of you thought this is a great idea. That's not blame, that's just a fact.
2️⃣ In September, most people that didn't know about the proposal heard about it.
3️⃣ Toward the end of November the bill to force every single social media user to legally verify their age passed.
No protests. No hubbub. No big outcry. Easy like 1 2 3.
It was rushed through parliament. Passed before anyone even thought twice.
❗️No activism. No marches.
❗️No *real action* from your favourite Aussie freedom-fighting politicians (keeping up appearances does not count).
❗️Minimal alternative media coverage (there were a few good channels/gurus that mentioned it a little bit).
Digital ID was introduced right in front of our eyes. All that big talk went down the drain, because they did it for the kiddies 🥺
They didn't even financially or socially coerce you like they did in the 😮💨😮💨 show.
And I wonder what the difference between this and the 2017 same-sex marriage survey that was in the news every single day for a year. The same fiasco where we had 16 year olds petitioning to be allowed to vote 🤔
But no, you're definitely right "it will not run, the people have woken up, yes certainly" 😂

Zeolite Misconceptions
1️⃣ Zeolite is a chelating agent
No it's not. Zeolite is adsorbent which means it attracts metals and other positively charged materials. These materials also include zinc, copper, magnesium, potassium and manganese.
2️⃣ i nEeD tO dEtOx hEaVy meTalS
Relax about heavy metal detoxes. Focus on NUTRITION first. Focus on REBUILDING first.
You don't need chelation chemicals forcing your body.
More info: https://t.me/powerofthepulse/515 and https://t.me/powerofthepulse/481
3️⃣ Zeolite doesn't contain aluminium
That's right. It doesn't contain aluminium, because zeolite is aluminium
😂😂😂
And before typing an angry, self-righteous reply go search "what is zeolite made of" or "chemical composition of clinoptilolite"

Requirements: Extreme or Moderate?
When it comes to preventative measures, there are so many things you can do.
On a range of easy quick-fixes like distilling your water to literally avoiding walking on main roads and holding your breath when a car passes.
Some people just 'try to eat mostly organic', and some people go to the woods, eat food from their soil and drink from a spring.
On the topic of micro/nanoplastic exposure reduction: a moderate action would be to stop using plastic bottles and containers, an extreme action would be practically avoiding all skin contact with plastics (and there are some people that really do this).
What you 'should' be doing is based on your own situation.
⬇️ Generally within alternative therapies we can class approaches into two main buckets:
1️⃣ Therapeutic: much more serious and focussed, often used for shorter periods of time until the problem is dealt with
2️⃣ Maintenance: working within the body's abilities to cope while also being more convenient and sustainable for you
Some people are forced to be extreme just to survive another day... but for most people it's more complicated.
If you're autistic, being extreme in your approach makes a lot more sense because it's probably fully worth it.
If you're preparing to conceive a child and you care about their health (which also equals your piece-of-mind throughout their entire childhood), being extreme is a simple price to pay. However if you're not aware of the rewards you will eventually reap, you probably wouldn't really be incentivised to leave your favourite i-know-it's-kinda-bad-for-me food, sleep an extra 3 hours daily and sweat more.
If you really care about subjectively increasing your lifespan by a few years, it might be worth it to you to sacrifice conveniences or do random weird things to make things easier for your system.
Or maybe it isn't worth it for you.
It doesn't really matter what you do, as long as you know the price you're paying and are happy to pay it.
➡️ The reason understanding the 'doom and gloom' of toxicity is so important is so you can understand the price you're paying so YOU can make informed decisions.

Oh and how could I forget the joys of cigarettes with cadmium and nanocarbons & nano manganese.
(Not referring to smoking pure tobacco)
Also two honourable mentions:
1️⃣ The changes in agriculture in that time period. From the destruction of nutritional value, to the toxins that were put in place of vital nutrients.
2️⃣ The hormonal breakdown of the parents of previous generations that passed damage greater than the sum of it's parts onto offspring.
