Michael Gloss was killed on April 4, 2024 according to an obituary published by his family, which did not mention that his death occurred in Ukraine. That same day, a Telegram channel linked to the 106th Airborne Division — which the Ryazan regiment belongs to — reported that the unit was carrying out an offensive near the villages of Rozdolivka and Vesele in the Donetsk region. The exact circumstances of Gloss’s death remain unknown. His funeral took place in the U.S. eight months later, on December 21, 2024. A friend of Gloss’s from the Rainbow Family gathering said she spoke with his sister, who told her the Russian authorities had contacted the family and informed them that Gloss had died in Ukraine.

#Trump released this footage of a deadly air strike on a concentration of #Houthis, allegedly this attack could’ve happened by a B-2 stealth bomber using a #JASSM, but we can’t confirm this, it’s likely because President Trump would share the action of such a formidable weapon.

On June 24th, 2023 #Wagner led a rebellion against #Russian MoD due to severe losses and lack of ammunition, also during the battle for Bakhmut most of the Wagners were forced to sign contracts with the Russian MoD, #Prigozhin the founder of the Wagner was not happy about this decision.
On the infamous march toward Moscow, Wagners shot down two #Ka-52 alligator attack #helicopters.
On the first slide one of the Ka-52s with the code RF-13418 was shot down by Strela-10 SAMs that was covering the movement of PMC columns. Near the village of Komintern, #Voronezh region.

Russia has officially moved to legalize the Taliban, Politico reports.
The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has asked the Supreme Court to lift the ban on the Taliban’s activities in the country. Last week, the Foreign and Justice Ministries submitted an appeal to Vladimir Putin, urging the group’s removal from Russia’s list of terrorist organizations.
The Supreme Court has scheduled a closed-door hearing on the matter for April 17. “The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has received and accepted for consideration an administrative claim by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation to suspend the ban on the activities of the Taliban movement,” the court’s press service stated.
The Taliban, an Islamist political and militant group that emerged in the early 1990s, has ruled Kabul since the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021.
Moscow added the Taliban to its blacklist in 2003 due to its support for separatists in the North Caucasus. However, since the group seized power in Afghanistan in 2021, Russia has gradually expanded its diplomatic engagement, hosting Taliban delegations and allowing them to participate in international forums.
In July, Putin called the Taliban a “reliable ally,” suggesting they could assist Russia in combating the Islamic State. On December 28, he signed a law allowing the temporary suspension of bans on organizations classified as terrorist.
