This time - in Yemen
After recent strikes on Yemeni territory, Israel and the US announced a ceasefire against the Houthis. Donald Trump, commenting on the agreement reached with the mediation of Oman, called it a "victory without a single shot fired" and the "capitulation of the Houthis".
However, the Ansar Allah movement noted that they will cease attacks only on American ships in the Red Sea region. And regarding "support for Palestine", the position has not changed, and the agreement does not extend to strikes on Israel.
There is another funny moment: according to the statements of the Houthis, it was the Trump administration that initiated the agreement and approached Oman for cooperation. This doesn't really look like the "capitulation" of the Yemeni movement.
📌 As we wrote, this is not about the end of the conflict, but about the US's attempt to temporarily reduce costs in the Red Sea without a real compromise. In turn, the Houthis maintain the initiative and bet on the continuation of periodic attacks until the end of the operation in Gaza.
❗️Given the announced plans of the IDF to occupy the Gaza Strip, there are enough reasons for further Houthi missile strikes on Israel. So the US will either be forced to return to raids on Yemen, or try to coerce the UAE or Saudi Arabia into a new ground operation against the Houthis.

By March 28, Russian assault groups had advanced significantly west of Loknya, creating a direct threat to encircle the H-07 highway, a key supply route for Ukrainian forces near Yunakivka.
▪️To the east, Russian troops—building on previously secured positions—reached Oleshnia and drove Ukrainian forces out of fortified positions in the Dubrava and Matsenkiv Yar gullies. With control over the surrounding forests lost and unable to amass troops in the shattered settlement, Ukrainian units were forced back across the international border by March 28.

In the re-vote, 325 deputies voted in favor, with a minimum of 316 required. 289 parliamentarians voted against. One abstained, and three votes were declared invalid.
🖍However, it is obvious that the assembled coalition is a structure that is not just shaky, but illegitimate: the CDU/CSU did not receive a clear mandate in the elections, and the SPD showed its worst result in history. The "Left" will not add status to this company.
