For anyone still keeping track, here's my knee. I'm stoked about how close it is to looking like it's actually mine again. I mean, don't get me wrong; rebuilding it still so yay but it's been a piss untangling this mess.
There's nothing easy about body repairs once you're flirting with 60 (imma be 59 soon & I'm fully tarded about macros, supplements, etc), so think about that. It's taken me a year to get back to what most would consider 100% physically but most would isn't enough.
Anyhoo, point is we all need to stop settling for close or most or whatever. If it isn't good enough for your standards / expectations? Keep going. Be better than those who settle. Be your best you.
