Section 44 (i) of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 explicitly prohibits a member of parliament from having “any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or citizen or is entitled to the rights or privelages of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power..”
The United States, Israel, the United Nations, the World Health Organisation and the World Economic Forum would by definition constitute foreign powers.
Section 46 of the Constitution enables any person to sue a member of parliament a sum of £100 for every day they sit in the parliament whilst disqualified.
Section 61 of the Constitution states two principal elements of executive power exercised by the Governor-General, the execution and maintenance of the Constitution and the execution and maintenance of the laws passed by the Parliament in accordance with the Constitution.
It is blatantly evident that we have members of parliament that are conspiring and are in league with foreign powers and that our former and successive Governor Generals have been complicit with the subjugation of our nation to foreign powers and at the detriment of the Australian people.
It’s now time to initiate legal challenges against all of these members of parliament including the Governor General for their conspiring against the interests of Australia and our people.
