Today I want to share something that completely changed my perspective on startups and entrepreneurship-the Shark Tank YouTube channel!
It was actually introduced to me by someone very close, and I’m so grateful for that. Ever since, watching Shark Tank has become one of my favorite things to do whenever I have free time; every episode gives me new ideas: how to pitch, how to understand the market, and how to think like a real entrepreneur.

Just something I want to share…
I honestly don’t understand how some people respond when you tell them the price of something, especially when it’s handmade, thoughtfully designed, and made with premium quality and eco-friendly packaging.
💬Sometimes, without a second thought, the reaction is: “Oh my god, it’s so expensive!” And to be honest, that kind of response can be disheartening…
❗️If I personally ask the price of something and I feel like it’s out of my budget, I simply say, “Thanks for the info! I’ll let you know if I decide to get it.” That’s it!
No need to comment on how expensive it is, especially when the seller has gone the extra mile to explain the product, maybe even sent a video or shared their process.
📔Take the Porla journals I’ve been offering, for example. They’re $30 each, but the truth is - I don’t even make a profit. Printing, delivery, packaging - it all adds up. But I still put my heart into every part of it!
📌So this is just a little reminder: when you ask about something made with love and effort, please be mindful of how you respond. Words matter. Kindness matters.

Kun.uz invited me for an interview!
Honestly , it was one of the best interviews I’ve ever been to.
So far, I’ve been invited to more than 20 interviews, podcasts, even official shows hosted by government-related channels. And I have to say, many of them felt like a waste of time... The questions were repetitive, boring or too personal, and in some cases, they even gave me rules on what I could or couldn’t say. I felt under pressure and couldn’t speak freely or be myself.
Some interviews even took a whole day of my time, but never got uploaded to YouTube. Instead, they showed on TV just once… and let’s be honest, not many people watch TV anymore. It felt pointless, like the story I wanted to tell never reached the people who actually needed to hear it…
📌But this one, this one was different. A big thanks to Diyorakhon, the interviewer, who prepared thoughtful, deep, and interesting questions. She took time to really learn about me. There were moments during the interview when I laughed, moments when I cried, and moments that made me pause and reflect on my own journey. It felt honest, it felt human, and it felt like a real conversation.
❗️This is how interviews should be. You don’t just sit someone down and ask the same five questions: you take time to understand them, their story, their why!
🤩I can’t wait to share the interview with you all soon.

Hozirda, mentorlar bilan birgalikda Porla Frilanserlik kurslarini ishlab chiqdik, bu kurslarni telegram bot orqali osongina o'rganish mumkin. Kurslarning innovativligi: (1) har bir darsdan so'ng quizlarni to'g'ri yechish orqaligina boshqa darsga o'tish mumkin; (2) kurslarni o'qish davomida mentor bilan online/offline muloqot qilish imkoniyati; (3) kurslarni tugatgandan so'ng yo'nalish bo'yicha turli kompaniyalarda online va offline internship qilish imkoniyatiga ega bo'lishadi. Va ko'plab imkoniyatlar.
🎯Qisqa qilib aytganda, Porla jamoasiga kordinatorlar, media team, PM assistant va internlar qo'shilish imkoniyati bor.
Shu post ostiga yozib qoldiring, AGAR siz haqiqatdan ham vaqt ajrata olsangiz, o'z loyihangiz sifatida ko'rib haqiqiy commit qila olsangiz va creative fikrlay olsangiz.

✨Isn’t it sweet to be the very first person someone meets when they arrive from another country?
That was me yesterday🤩and it reminded me how special some people really are!
I’ve known Nasiba for a year now, since our last Top 100 UNI 2024 camp. She was a mentor then, but long before the camp even began, she was already helping behind the scenes: preparing academic content, helping with outreach, organizing sessions, and showing up before, during, and after the camp.
✨She’s one of the most thoughtful, soft-hearted and brilliant people I know. That’s why we continued working together on the TopCoach platform. She’s been the creative force behind so much of our content, always reliable, always kind, and always going the extra mile.
🎁 Today, she brought me a small gift from Europe. She had visited cities I love and miss. Maybe I’ll return this summer or next. But for now, I’m just grateful for the gift, and for the reminder of good people like her♥️
📌Nasiba is currently studying on a full scholarship at NYU Abu Dhabi, traveling the world, and inspiring so many with her independence and drive. If you ask me to name a role model for young girls, I’d show them Nasiba.

Today was not easy.
After my interview on Kun.uz, I received a lot of feedback, some supportive, but also a lot of criticism and even hate.
Some of my old friends, previous colleagues, and even relatives texted or called me after seeing it. Some even asked me to request Kun.uz to remove the video.
I want to say this clearly:
I am endlessly grateful to my parents, especially my mom, who has always supported me. Without her, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I love and care for her deeply.
📌In the interview, my main message was simple: no matter where you are born or what difficulties you face, you must work hard, believe in yourself, and fight for your dreams. That’s all I wanted to share.
📝About the PhD part, I just shared what I personally heard and saw. I never meant to disrespect anyone. I only wanted to say that if something is wrong, it’s okay to speak up about it and hope for better.
I also spoke about some of my personal experiences - not to complain, but to show that challenges don’t define your future unless you let them.
Probably some people misunderstood just because Kun.uz editors cut the parts and left only ‘very attractive ones’ .)
P.S. Today was heavy, but I still believe in staying positive and moving forward.
Thank you to everyone who reached out, even if we see things differently, I appreciate that you cared enough to share your thoughts.
