Tomorrow, the Community Police Commission (CPC) will be discussing the usage of drones by the Cleveland Division of Police.
Under public pressure, the CPC removed language that would allow for the surveillance of protests. But they will be reevaluating this decision at the meeting.
Cleveland police have provided us no reason to trust them with drones. We will continue to fight this expansion of the surveillance state.
