I decided to write some notes on the first months of my daughter’s life in English and share them with you, my dear subscribers 🤗 Let me offer three conclusions which I reached and let us discuss them.

What things are really important in the early days of motherhood?

✔️ Natural Birth
I found that natural birth worked really well with me and my baby. I am arguing this point as a mother, not as a doctor. During the last month before the delivery, I felt that the baby was ready to be born and she wanted to do it “by herself”. A natural birth gives both mother and child a shared experience of victory and overcoming one of the first serious challenges.

✔️ Environment
Parents create the environment in which a baby develops. We are adults and we understand that each of us has his own hobbies, education, and habits. Thus, whoever spends time with a baby brings his own unique atmosphere into that encounter. Adults also determine the degree of responsiveness of this world to the child’s needs and emotions. Parents struggle with organizing comfortable baby feedings and sleep especially in the first months, so the baby often cries and needs hands and communication.

✔️ Breast-feeding
God Himself established the best way to protect a baby from illness and keep his health. Breast-feeding is the best way to start both emotional communication and transfer of antibodies. What is really amazing is that the baby shares with his mother his joy, gratitude and love during his “milk intoxication”! This is very much worth the mother’s time spent taking care of herself to cook and eat healthy. In addition, mother and baby keep each other warm during feeding, which is important in cold times.
