This year has been all about setting boundaries for me…

I’m personally under a 44/8 energy for 2025. Essentially this energy is calling for me to reinforce the structures in my life, whilst also putting in some hard boundaries around my time, my energy, my availability and accessibility.

To be completely honest, it’s been a fkn rough one thus far, learning to set boundaries for yourself when you’ve been conditioned to believe you are undeserving of them… it ain’t a walk in the park. Of course, this year has brought some incredible highlights that have been powerful confirmations of the value of what I offer.

I am excited and nervous to announce some brand new offerings to the table, as well as upping the price of some existing ones. - it’s time.

Dale Holmes, Georgina Grace, Nereeda McInnes and I recently got together to discuss our upcoming Adelaide event on the 24th and 25th of May 2025.

Saturday the 24th is an all-day event in beautiful McLaren Vale, where Dale, Georgina and I will be presenting on stage. Nereeda will be giving a vocal performance, and we are delighted to announce that Julia Starr will be joining Nereeda on stage!

- I had to laugh at 1h12 minutes because Angie says word for word what I was saying in French to my friend yesterday on the phone ! Word for word 5555555555
With my friend, we were wondering why certain things just come back when we know we have already dealt with it. And I said :" I release it, it is done , it does not have control over me, it is done, it is transmuted. " The very same words I used in French ! woao !
