Speaker Johnson sucks at his job. They have thin majorities and can't govern. Thune is anti- Trump, but better than McConnell. Courts will delay 18 to 24 months. Some will be overturned, some won't. If the Dems get the House in 2026, which is a strong likelihood, they can kneecap the Trump agenda. Dems goal is to stall for 18 months until congress is in electoral recess and win the midterms.

There isn't much the courts can do so far except speed bump things. We'll be getting into territory requiring more permanent congressional action very soon. That will be a challenge, but even then there will be plenty for DOJ to mop up. It's only going one direction for the left. Are the republicans dumb enough to get in Trump's way, too?
