Same Strategy - A property/business is closed, left to stand empty with no upkeep. Then it's announced to convert to residential which will conveniently be the ONLY viable use.

Note the comment on the article:
"Just what the West End needs more flats NOT, it’s already a HMO ghetto without adding more..."

It's perfectly clear they're trying to pack as many residential units as possible into the area, but no new jobs or businesses.

"The proposals seek to retain all historic features of the building and are the least required in order to secure the sustainable long-term use and thus preservation of the building.”

As you can see once again, the building will look pretty which somehow justifies conversion to residential.

But once converted to residential, it will no longer be accessible to the general public. So who is this being preserved for exactly???

If you want some serious Climate Change propaganda, go listen to the Time & Tide bell commentary via a foot pump at Morecambe's Stone Jetty.

Note the hourglass shape of the bell. This shape has greater meaning in Occult & Masonic symbolism. Also used by Extinction Rebellion & associated with Death

The voice makes a big play on how the tide rings the bell & is there to remind us of Climate Change, Rising Sea Levels etc.

It finishes by telling us "We're all in this together" aka we need to be doing our bit in the name of Climate Change 😒
