🇮🇷/🇱🇧/🇱🇧/🇺🇸 MUST READ | After American and Israeli pressure, and under the pretext of suspicion of transferring funds to the party, the permission granted to an Iranian plane coming to Beirut was canceled, causing confusion at both airports: Tehran Airport, due to the gathering of returning passengers on the plane to Beirut, and Beirut Airport, as passengers departing from Beirut to Iran had already booked tickets on the same plane. It is noteworthy that the majority of the passengers were Lebanese returning from religious visits.
The cancellation of the permit came after a tweet from the Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee, claiming that Iran was transferring funds to arm Hezbollah, accompanied by a vulgar and paid media campaign claiming that part of this money was for the party's public for reconstruction and the other part for armament. This campaign was followed by a series of external communications that led the Lebanese Ministry of Public Works to enforce the ban as part of sovereign decisions with an Israeli flavor.
Furthermore, another Iranian plane is scheduled to arrive in Lebanon tomorrow, Friday, but what happened today has put the fate of this plane in uncertainty. All of this is happening just days before the funeral of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in an attempt by Israel, with the help of the Lebanese state, to obstruct the return of Lebanese citizens and the attendance of hundreds of Iranians and fans of Sayyed to participate in the event.
