The Einheriar - the Warriors of Woden - ride out of Valhalla to meet the Joten-Forces, the Forces of Darkness and Chaos. The Shambhala Warriors march out of Shambhala to meet the Forces of Darkness and Chaos.

As we can see from the idea of the 'Sacred Spring', this whole thing was done according to their Sacred Right and done through religious rites. The Sacred Steal-Right accorded to these Warrior Bunds also applied to the taking of new land to settle, whence the AEthlinga Warriors gained new land in accord with their Royal Right. Though frowned upon by today's snowflake world, this was in accordance with the Eternal Laws of Nature, since this upheld the 'Law of the Strong' over the weak, and thus ensured the strength of the individuals in the tribe.
"Between the ages of fourteen and twenty they live severed from all ties of kindred, outside their tribe, filled only with desire and wilfulness. It is their way to go a-wolfing, committing lawless depredations upon men of property, maltreating women, and fighting with rival bands of their own sort. Each youth bears upon his brow a Demon-Mark..........." The Coming of the King - Nikolai Tolstoy.

The Waelcyrge (Valkyries) are called Woden's oskameyiar - 'Adopted Maidens' or 'Adopted Daughters'. Compare this to the Einheriar who were also called oskasynir - 'Adopted Sons'. The Waelcyrge seem originally to be blood-thirsty Battle-Maidens or 'Witch-Wives' such as described in the dreams of Harald Hardrada's warriors - holding a trough full of blood and picking the corpses from the battle-field. This does not negate my idea of these as the 'Guardian-Goddess of the English' and 'Guardian-Goddess of England'. The term Einheriar (Ein-Heriar) would seem to be rather a paradox, since the term heriar refers to the heri/here - the Cultic War-Bund (Mannerbunde). The Cultic Warrior and the Cultic War-Band seems to be the key to how we can build a counter to the Dark Forces.
The Myth of Hamlet - Hamlet's father is slain by his own brother; Hamlet plays 'The Fool' in order that his uncle should not see his aim of revenge. Hamlet slays his father's killer, his uncle. Osiris is slain by his brother Set; Horus, Son of Osiris slays his father's murderer - Set - Egyptian Myth. Persian Myth - Kau Khusrau's father is slain by his own brother, he then plays 'The Fool' to avoid his uncle knowing his aim of revenge. Kau Khusrau slays his father's murderer!

We can see this clearly in the film 'Tristan & Isolde' but in a slightly varied form, where Isolde (Frau Salde) is to be wed to the strongest in combat. Unfortunately, this does not quite end as was wished, since Tristan was fighting for another man, and not himself, even though he won - Heroic Tragedy.
"Everyone stared with awe at that black and gold banner - black above, gold below - which had in its centre a solar disc split into two colours - gold above, black below....the Banner of Shambhala....Behold our symbol: darkness above, Light below, and our Black Sun emerging from the Inner Light of Shambhala into the dark world of men, its healing rays heralding the Golden Dawn of a new humanity." The Epic of Arya - Abir Taha. The fusion of the Black Sun of Thule and the Golden Sun of At-al-land - of Woden and Ingwe. Shambhala is Valhalla, so this is the Banner of Valhalla and the Einheriar.
In the Spring of the year young AEthlinga Warriors who were landless (i.e from the Mannerbund) took off from the tribe to raid and conquer new lands. This gave to the tribe new 'Living-Space' and expanded the land that they needed for the tribe to expand. This was called the Ver Sacrum, since it took place in the Spring. We can see this from Beowulf where Hengest takes up the Wyrd of AEtla (the Hun-Sword - Hunlafing Hildeleoman) by raiding these islands to take new land. The Ver Sacrum or 'Sacred Spring' is when they 'split off' (one meaning of the word 'spring') to find and conquer new land. They upheld their Germanic Honour by taking the land by their own courage and bravery.

There is a legend of AEtla the Hun, how a shepherd of the Huns saw one of his heifers limping; tracing the trail of blood he came across an Ancient Sword. Taking this to his lord - AEtla - who knew this to be the Sword of Cheru, the Sword-God. After AEtla had conquered and laid waste to the cities of the Romans, the World-Conqueror had the Hun-Sword - Hunlafing Hildleoman - placed in the lap of Hengest, Lord of the Jutes. The Luck of AEtla passed to Hengest who, under the White Dragon Banner, conquered the Red Dragon of the Britons. Hengest, the new World-Conqueror! When Cynric received the Luck of Hengest, the Hun-Sword was placed in the lap of the King of the Gewisse. When, in an age far into the future, the Hun-Sword was again placed in the lap of the new AEtla of the Huns, and after his defeat by the Joten the Sword of Hengest passed over the seas to England, and to the rising Sons of Ingwe.
Egypt seems to be one of the places where the Sons of At-al-land went after the sinking of their Homeland in the North Sea. There they formed a Ruling Elite over the peoples of that land. There - the Land of Magic - they built a great Aryan Civilisation that lasted over a long period of time. Tolkien has Ingwe leading the Ingwaiwar out of part of this sunken North-West Homeland.

We have several legends of how the High-Born Woman chooses here spouse-mate from a selection of men, she thus has the important role of ensuring that the Royal Blood-Line is kept not only pure, but also strong and virile - hence the choice of the Aryan Hero.

I have mentioned that Cerdic and Cynric have names similar to Ceredig & Cynwrig who were of a Royal Welsh Line. After looking at Nikolai Tolstoy's 'The Coming of the King' he actually uses the name 'Cynwrig' as a Welsh version of Cynric, thus suggesting that he was well aware of the link.

Blood rains
From the cloudy web
On the broad loom of slaughter.
The web of man,
Grey of armour,
Is now being woven:
The Valkyries
Will cross it
With a crimson weft.

The warp is made
Of human entrails;
Human heads
Are used as weights;
The heddle-rods
Are blood-wet spears;
The shafts are iron-bound,
And arrows are the shuttles.
With swords we will weave
This web of battle.

The Valkyries go weaving
With drawn swords…..
Spears will shatter,
Shields will splinter,
Swords will gnaw
Like wolves through armour.

Let us now wind
The web of war………

Njal’s Saga
Here is an interesting thing about the Legend of Horus. The Winged Sun-Disk was a Symbol of Horus, also that of Heru-Behutet who seems to be an aspect of Horus. Horus, like Woden, in some versions of the myth, loses an Eye. The Winged Sun Disk symbolises Divinity, Royalty, Supreme Power and is the Sun of Righteousness. Heru-Behutet appears as HADIT in Aleister Crowley's Book of the Law, whose symbol is the Winged Sun-Disk - the Kundalini or Fire-Snake - thus linked to Ingwe. "Horus, Son of Isis, cut the head off the Enemy (Set)." Kenneth Grant upturned Crowley's Solar Religion of The Will, turning this into a Cthonic Cult of Set. The Winged Sun-Disk is symbolic of the Solar Light, the defeater of the Dark Forces.

Sites such as Silbury Hill, Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Avebury and Wayland's Smithy were not built by the Saxons, but their power would have been known to the Saxons, and no doubt they would have known that their Ancestors were the builders of such Sacred Areas. New Agers, modern 'Druids' etc. now use these sites (and abuse them) and many English Heathens seem to ignore them, but these were likely once part of the now-sunken At-al-land, and thus sacred to the Ingefolk who came out of At-al-land.

Just looked up this, and the dance is - 'Two steps forward, one step back, a sway and a stamp....' which is not so far off the 1-2-3 formation that I mentioned. This, she says was done at Midsummer at the Troiaburh, a maze, which is akin to the Walburg - Spiral Mound' spoken of here.

We find the word 'ver' in 'vernal equinox', hence the link to the Spring; it is quite likely that 'ver' is related to vor-tex and similar words, where 'vor' refers to a spiral or coiling force. Thus 'spring' (coiling) is related to 'ver' (vor = to coil).

Please note that all copies of 'Woden's Folk, Volume Two: Articles from Spear of Woden 2016-2021' have now sold out completely. Thanks for all your interest and support. Volume Three, on the other hand, is still available.
Woden is slain by Fenrir - Son of Loki, Blood-Brother to Woden - Wid-Ar takes revenge upon his father's killer - Fenris.
This is the Seleburg - Silbury Hill - another type of Sacred Hill, here used no doubt by the Saxons in England. Sele = Holy, Sacred, thus Sacred Hill. Post-holes on the hill suggest a Sacred Hall (Open Site) was on the top of the mound.
If I remember rightly, in 'Spellcraft - Old English Heroic Legends' by Kathleen Herbert we find the Walburgen being used in spiral fertility-dances in the Spring of the year, where the young teamed up with a partner. This does not state that it was done in regard to the breeding-up of the High-Born, but I think it mentions this dance as being much the same as that which I have used in the past - EIN (In) - ZWEI (Sway) - Drei (Turn) - though not relating this to German Numbers. (This work is actually not based upon 'Old English Heroic Legends' but on Norse and Germanic Legends using Old English names.)
