About TGE and listings — honestly and to the point
Hi everyone!
XDAO co-founders Vlad and Zurab here. We know that many of you are waiting for this moment and asking a lot of questions, and we completely understand you
When we wrote “Q1 2025” — it was exactly a guideline, not a fixed date, since the exact timing does not depend solely on us. There are many factors that influence a successful launch of crypto projects, such as market conditions, exchange terms, news background, and more
From the beginning, our team has done everything to ensure that the preparation for launch goes ahead without major delays — but also without rushing where it could be harmful
As of now:
— The main product is in the final stage of development
— The $DAO tokenomics is being worked out
— Listing and TGE preparations are in an active phase
We are launching a factory of digital organizations — through it, anyone will be able to create a real, full-fledged DAO in just a few clicks. This product will create strong utility for the token and ensure stable demand for it
To receive the airdrop, users will need to complete a final step (as outlined in our roadmap) — to migrate their DAOs created in our app to the TON blockchain. And it’s to the accounts of such real DAOs that we will send the airdrop, as well as provide a pleasant bonus to early users

Why didn’t we list the token at the end of Q1?
Because the market is objectively weak
The altcoin index is at its lows. Even large, fundamentally strong projects are showing clearly weak dynamics and launching in the red
We want the launch of $DAO to happen not “on paper schedule” but at a time that brings real benefit to the community and leaves everyone satisfied (otherwise, why did we walk such a long road together?)
TGE is not just a checkbox, but an important step that defines the trajectory of the entire project. And here it’s not about “sticking to the calendar” — but choosing the right moment. The one that gives the project a real push
The market is now in an uncertain phase, and not only memes, but even fundamental coins are deep in the red
We are closely watching the dynamics and don’t want to launch under such conditions. Rushing now would mean devaluing the entire path we’ve already walked. Looking “punctual” at the expense of results — is not our style
XDAO is here for the long term
The team is doing everything to make this a strong start. If you’re only here for a quick airdrop — maybe this is not your project. If you’re waiting for a reason to hate — this is definitely not your project
