🥣 Rye bread leaven

👉🏻 Half a loaf (gr 300) of rye bread crumble, the finer the better. add 0.5 liters of warm sour milk (country milk) put 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 handful of raisins.

👉🏻 Put in a warm place for fermentation.
👉🏻 After a day or two - it all depends on the heat, strain the sourdough and pour. Then you can safely put the opara.
