MAHA🔥: The FDA has authorized the use of Galdieria extract blue, Butterfly pea flower extract, and Calcium phosphate as food colorants, each derived from natural sources.
“Today we take a major step to Make America Healthy Again,” said HHS Secretary Kennedy. "For too long, our food system has relied on synthetic, petroleum-based dyes that offer no nutritional value and pose unnecessary health risks. We’re removing these dyes and approving safe, natural alternatives—to protect families and support healthier choices.”
“On April 22, I said the FDA would soon approve several new color additives and would accelerate our review of others. I’m pleased to report that promises made, have been promises kept,” said FDA Commissioner Martin A. Makary, M.D., M.P.H. “FDA staff have been moving quickly to expedite the publication of these decisions, underscoring our serious intent to transition away from petroleum-based dyes in the food supply and provide new colors from natural sources.”

Bill Melugin- NEW: DHS has provided @FoxNews ICE bodycam video from the altercation at the Delaney Hall detention facility yesterday. They say the video clearly shows @RepLaMonica (red clothing) shoving/elbowing her way past a DHS agent to get past the gate and into the property, followed behind by @RepMenendez & that it also shows Congresswoman McIver screaming in the faces of DHS agents.

Opening statements are set to begin next week. But federal prosecutors have been left scrambling.
They can't find one of the female victims who is central to their case. She does not live in New York where the Combs' trial is being held.
Lead prosecutor Maurene Comey told US District Judge Arun Subramanian on Wednesday that they are having a difficult time contacting 'Victim 3' and her attorney.
Prosecutors had mentioned Victim 3 plans to disclose 'very personal and explosive details' concerning abuse she allegedly suffered under Combs.
Comey told the judge that even if they are able to reach the unnamed victim, she 'may not show up.
Defense attorney Teny Geragos demanded that the prosecution make a decision by the end of the week on whether they still plan to call Victim 3 to testify.
