Moroccan students launch hunger strike against government normalisation with Israel
Students in Morocco have launched a hunger strike in protest against their government's decision to normalise relations with the Israeli occupation, condemning the move as a betrayal of Palestinian solidarity.
Morocco has continued to strengthen its normalisation efforts with Israel, including signing a $1 billion deal for a spy satellite with Israel Aerospace Industries less than a year ago.

Following nearly 18 months of ongoing genocide in Gaza, several Muslim scholars have finally come forward to issue a "fatwa", urging Muslims and Muslim-majority nations to initiate "jihad" against Israel.
The International Union of Muslim Scholars called on all Muslim countries to intervene "militarily, economically, and politically to stop this genocide and comprehensive destruction.”
