An Air Transat Airbus A321-200, registration C-GEZO performing flight TS-880 from London,ON (Canada) to Cancun (Mexico) with 166 people on board, was climbing out of London when the captain indicated he was not feeling well. Later while enroute the captain became incapacitated. The first officer consulted with Medlink and it was decided to continue to destination, where the aircraft landed without further incident.
The Canadian TSB reported: "Later during the flight, the PIC became incapacitated and was unable to continue flying duties. Following a discussion with Medlink, it was decided to continue to destination. The first officer flew the aircraft to destination and aircraft landed without incident."
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground in Cancun for about 17.5 hours before returning to service.

This patient started Fenbendazole 222mg in January 2024, and eventually added Ivermectin 48mg.
She started with me in October and we shifted to Ivermectin 72mg and Mebendazole 400mg to 600mg.
RESULTS:
Her 1.4cm lung metastasis shrunk to 9mm, breast tumor shrunk and axillary lymph nodes resolved.
Her most recent PET/CT showed no evidence of metabolically active cancer.
What I love is that this 80 year old patient courageously added Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole to her treatment regiment and is now “Cancer Free”, off chemo and off immunotherapy!
More Cancer patients need to approach their treatment with such courage and steadfastness.
It will take a lot of time and effort to undo the damage done by Oncologists, but I'm up to the task 😃
In the meantime, this is the only place where you will find Stage 4 Cancer getting to "cancer free" in case, after case...

An Edelweiss Airbus A340-300, registration HB-JMF performing flight WK-5 from Tampa,FL (USA) to Zurich (Switzerland), was on approach to Zurich when the crew declared emergency reporting pilot incapacitation. The aircraft landed safely on Zurich's runway 14 and taxied to the apron.
The airline reported one of the three pilots on board suffered a medical condition about 90 minutes prior to landing. The other two pilots performed the landing in Zurich.
I have been tracking Pilot Incapacitations since January 2023.
COVID-19 mRNA Vaccinated pilots are suffering horrible injuries.
Interestingly, 2023 was a record year for Pilot incapacitations in flight.
Will we see "the big one" in 2024?
