🚨BREAKING: Federal Judge Orders Trump Admin to Return Back Suspected Salvadoran Gang Member to U.S.
Looks like there’s about to be a showdown.
U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis has thrown down the gauntlet, ordering the Trump administration to haul a suspected MS-13 gang member, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, back to the U.S. by midnight Monday, after ruling his deportation to El Salvador was flat-out ‘illegal’.
However, both the DHS and Trump administration have verified that he is a violent MS-13 gangbanger.
A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson said in a statement Tuesday:
“The individual in question is a member of the brutal MS-13 gang — we have intelligence reports that he is involved in human trafficking.”
