Application now open for international conference on BRICS+ and Russian-Serbian cooperation 🍉
May 22-23, Banja Luka will host “Opportunities for cooperation with BRICS+: Russian experience and Serbian perspective” International Conference. The event is organised by the Susret literary association from Trebinje with support from the Gorchakov Fund and its partners from Russia and Republica Srpska.
What should participants expect:
😄 discussion of the prospects of cooperation with BRICS+ in international relations, economy, humanitarian sphere and public diplomacy;
😄 group work on research projects;
😄 presentation of results during a youth roundtable.
Format: both online and offline
Working languages: Russian, Serbian, English.
Eligibility criteria:
Representatives of Russia and other countries studying the Balkans:
😄students, PhD students, and lecturers;
😄young experts;
😄members of civil society organisations and government institutions;
😄journalists.
The authors of the best presentations will receive prizes, including invitation to the Gorchakov Fund’s event on BRICS that will take place in 2026.
Accommodation, meals and transfers within Banja Luka will be covered by the organizers. Participants must cover their own travel expenses to the location of the conference.

Alpha Dialogue Center for Further Professional Education with the support of the Gorchakov Fund invites you to participate in the International Forum for Journalists “Russia-Africa. The Way of Friendship and Cooperation”.
The Forum aims to create a platform for facilitating interaction between Russian and African media outlets, and for forging new connections.

The Forum will be attended by representatives of leading Russian and African media outlets and experts of the Russian Embassy in Ethiopia.
What should participants expect?
🔸4 online lectures on Russian media outlets and their interaction with Africa;

🔸experience exchange roundtable;
🔸’The Way of Friendship and Cooperation’ Teleconference opening.
