The practice of standing on Sadhu nails offers profound opportunities for rewiring your brain and spiritual growth.
Though the nails are designed to be safe when used correctly, the initial pain can feel overwhelming. This is where the true challenge lies — not in the physical sensation itself, but in how the mind interprets it.
When you first step onto the nails, your mind instinctively reacts with fear, warning you of potential harm. But this is where the practice’s deeper benefits begin.
By consciously reinterpreting the pain as a mere sensation, you start to break free from the mind’s automatic survival instincts — the same instincts that can often limit us in daily life.
