To: ........ borough council
SUBJECT: FORMAL NOTICE TO REMOVE MY PERSONAL DATA UNDER GOD’S LAW & THE RIGHT TO ERASURE ("RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN")
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent.
From carlo, a living man under God’s law and common law, formally demand that
....
borough council immediately erase and remove all records, files, and personal data concerning me from your systems, in accordance with God’s law, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This notice asserts my God-given, natural, and legal right to privacy and freedom from unlawful surveillance, data collection, or tracking by any governmental or corporate entity without my express and informed consent.
1. GOD’S LAW REJECTS UNLAWFUL SURVEILLANCE & DATA HARVESTING
As it is written:
“Do not encroach on your neighbor’s boundary.” – Proverbs 22:28
“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.” – Exodus 20:16
“Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees.” – Isaiah 10:1
By divine law, every man and woman is born free and not subject to involuntary registration, tracking, or cataloguing by government institutions. Any system that collects and stores personal data without consent is an act of unjust control and surveillance, violating God’s law.
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR MY RIGHT TO ERASURE UNDER STATUTORY LAW
In addition to God’s law, I invoke my rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, which grant individuals the right to have their personal data erased in certain circumstances.
A. The Right to Erasure (UK GDPR, Article 17)
Under Article 17 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), I have the legal right to request that my personal data be erased where:
✅ The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
✅ I withdraw my consent for the processing of my data.
✅ The data is being processed unlawfully or unfairly.
👉 You are now legally obligated to remove my data unless you provide a valid statutory exemption.
B. The Data Protection Act 2018 (UK Law)
Under Section 47 of the Data Protection Act 2018, data controllers must comply with the right to erasure requestsunless retention is required by law. If my data is not essential for ongoing legal matters, it must be erased immediately.
C. Human Rights & Privacy Protections
✅ Human Rights Act 1998 (UK) – Protects against unlawful interference with private life.
✅ Freedom of Information Act 2000 (UK) – Gives individuals the right to access and control how their data is used.
3. DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF MY DATA
To rectify this violation of my divine and legal rights, I require the following:
✅ Immediate deletion of all personal data held about me in your databases, records, and files.
✅ Confirmation in writing within 14 days that my data has been erased, including details of what was removed.
✅ A full disclosure report of any data you hold on me prior to deletion (under my rights in the UK GDPR).
Failure to comply within 14 days shall constitute legal and moral agreement that👇......
borough council acknowledges my right to have my personal data erased.
Any further processing or storage of my personal information is unlawful.
This notice may be used in a legal challenge against any further retention of my data.
4. ESCALATION IF IGNORED
If
.......
borough council fails to comply with this request, I will:
File a formal complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Pursue legal action for violations of data protection laws.
Expose unlawful data retention through public, legal, and media channels.
This is a lawful and final notice. I expect a written confirmation of compliance within 14 days.
By Divine Right and Legal Authority,
Carlo
