This won't work. Why? Because you need to understand human behaviors and psychology. People, when given the option, take vacation time over a pay raise. Hungary has tried this and seen little change. The entire culture needs to be redefined. Parenthood should be valued, celebrated. Newly wed couples should be given status, celebrated. Then, expectant mothers should be given more social status. Going further, pregnancy should be seen as beautiful. All White men should have the inherent desire to impregnate their woman. People who say "jews killed jesus" miss the point of the religion entirely. The entire point of Christianity is the "mystery" that is the life of Jesus. He is the "son of god" who has a divine mission to redeem the world through self sacrifice at the cross. He is tested, tempted, by Satan and passes the tests. After the last supper, Yahweh tells him directly that he has to do this. The "mystery" of Christianity is that God gave of himself fully to redeem everyone. Turning around and saying "jews killed Jesus" misses the point entirely. It wasn't the jews or the Romans, he chose the cross. The fact that this is completely missed by supposed "Christians" points not only to the religion being dead but that a hollowed out copy walking around in its place.
