Footage shared by Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Oleksandr Pivnenko, captures the intense defense mounted by the "Red Kalyna" Brigade during a large-scale Russian assault near Yelyzavetivka. Breaking from their usual tactic of probing attacks with small infantry groups, Russian forces launched a concentrated offensive, deploying around 100 motorcycles in a chaotic, high-speed assault reminiscent of Soviet-style mass charges. The Ukrainian defenders, including the 1st and 4th Regiments of the National Guard, responded decisively, reportedly eliminating over 240 Russian soldiers and destroying 96 motorcycles, 21 armored vehicles, 2 cars, and 2 artillery systems. The attack was repelled in full, with the scale of destruction clearly visible in the footage.
