Tommy's legal team are still working in the background, we cannot and will not go public on legal strategy or arguments for obvious reasons at this moment in time, just be assured things are moving along as they should be.
Tommy has asked people NOT TO PROTEST OUTSIDE THE PRISON.
Doing so at this moment in time could well end up being counter productive and we do not want to compromise the legal arguments challenging his current treatment by @HMP_Woodhill.
Despite everyone's frustrations the real battle is in the courts, so please respect Tommy's wishes .
If or when things change situationally, we will update you further.

Police have shared a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after a 14-year-old girl was raped at an Essex train station a year ago.
The teenager was attacked at sometime between 2.30am and 4.40am on Sunday, February 18, 2024 in the toilets at Harlow Town train station.
British Transport Police has re-released a photo of a man they want to talk to as part of the investigation.
They said in a statement: ‘A year on from the day of the incident, detectives investigating a rape and sexual assault at Harlow Town railway station continue to appeal for information regarding a man they believe could assist with their enquiries.

A judge who called an "asylum seeker" potentially very dangerous after he sexually assaulted a teenager in Weymouth has been told sending him to prison could breach his human rights!
Hassan Abou Hayleh attacked the 19-year-old woman after driving around at 3am looking for vulnerable drunk women to sexually abuse.
He found his victim sat alone on the kerb in Maiden Street in the town centre waiting for her father to arrive to give her a lift home.
Hayleh, 39, molested her in the street and then tried to get her into his car before members of the public intervened.
They argued that: "He has several symptoms of PTSD which would be made worse by a custodial sentence. It would also be made worse without the support of his wife and friends".
Hayleh, who needed an Arabic interpreter in court, was released on conditional bail until his next appearance in April!

A group of fathers are getting together to police the area where teenager Leo Ross was murdered last month.
The men say they are sickened by the state of Hall Green in Birmingham after the killing of 12-year-old Leo Ross, who was stabbed on January 21 and later died in hospital.
They also say that the area has become lawless and under-policed and point to the fact that the teenager charged with Leo's murder, was also wanted for four serious assaults against women in the area.
