Not sure what’s changed in the city in 4 years but this 2021 article might have some relevance.

“Are most Detroiters participating in the economic progress that is being suggested? In that regard, the mayor has failed in his leadership to assist the residents of the city of Detroit with the real issues in their lives”

“Issues of crime and poverty persist.
While jobs have been added downtown, most of the new jobs have been employees transferred from companies affiliated with Gilbert’s vast empire or companies directly allied with Gilbert. These jobs have had little impact in improving the employment opportunities of people who live in Detroit, since many workers who held existing jobs simply transferred into the city.”

“While the influx of these jobs has been helpful in creating a false synergy of energy in downtown and Midtown, the reality is that most of the people who have come to Detroit are not from Detroit. In this Substack video post, I take you through the basics of being a local DOGE hunter.

We can all use the DataRepublican.com website to quickly hone down on BIG MONEY that is really your hard earned tax dollars being distributed to people and groups local to you.

We need locals to identify locals since on the surface the money being distributed may look innocent.

But the most common type of corruption I have personally seen is tax payer fund being used to prop up local vote buying schemes or "buy candidates" that will keep the grift going.

Purportedly "Leaked" Classified: TOP SECRET Documents circulating on the website 4chan, say that Israel will conduct a large scale military "pre-emptive" attack against Iran nuclear sites "as early as" this week.
The authenticity of the documents cannot be confirmed, but after initial analyses it seems likely that it is indeed a leaked, CLASSIFIED, TOP-SECRET document.
The "leak" appears in three (3) separate images uploaded to the publicly-accessible website 4chan. The first page appears to be the summary page, outlining that US Intelligence has "CONFIRMED" Israel is in its final planning stage for a major military "Aerial Assault" and a "Cyber Offensive" attack upon Iran nuclear sites, to take place in "early March."

With all the talk about Canada being the 51st state there are references to “allodial titles”

Let’s ponder the possible path this could create for freeing up the people of the world from paying property taxes. The probability that we are watching a “military is in control” situation is high. That means nothing happening is straight forward…as the occupying usurping traitors and their pretended legislation are on their way out.

An allodial title represents absolute ownership of land, free from any superior landlord, sovereign, or government obligations—like taxes, liens, or eminent domain. Historically, it’s tied to the concept of "allodium," land held by occupancy and defense, not granted by a feudal lord. In medieval Europe, before feudalism dominated, some land was allodial, meaning the owner owed no duties to a higher authority. After the Norman Conquest in 1066, England shifted to a feudal system where all land was "held of the Crown," effectively ending true allodial ownership there. In modern common law countries like the U.S., Canada, and the UK, most land is held in *fee simple*—a robust form of ownership but still subject to taxes and government powers like eminent domain. True allodial title, in its purest sense, is rare today.

In the U.S., no land is fully allodial because federal, state, and local governments can impose taxes or seize property via eminent domain. Some states, like Nevada (until 2005) and Texas, experimented with limited allodial title programs to shield owners from property tax hikes, but these still didn’t eliminate government authority entirely. In Canada, land ownership also stems from the Crown—either the British Crown historically or the Canadian Crown today as a distinct entity under the monarchy. Private owners hold land in fee simple, but it’s subject to Crown sovereignty, taxation, and expropriation. So, in both nations, the idea of allodial title as "absolute" ownership doesn’t fully exist in practice.

With its latest Firefox Terms of Use update, Mozilla introduced a clause that caught privacy advocates off guard:
"When you upload or input information through Firefox, you hereby grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to help you navigate, experience, and interact with online content as you indicate with your use of Firefox."
A company that built its reputation on protecting user privacy now wants a global, perpetual license to use the information you enter into their browser. Mozilla insists this is harmless legal phrasing. But if privacy is the priority they claim, why introduce language that requires users to hand over rights to their own data?
