The grantee that Former Senator & current Convict Mr. Bob “Goldbars” Menendez sponsored at the US Agency for Global Media is known as OTF. It's the perfect example of waste at best & a complete grift at worst.
It was started by a woman who awarded herself $1.2 million of taxpayer funds when she headed another USAGM grantee called RFA (Radio Free Asia) This “nonprofit,” OTF, usurped the function of an already existing government office & is spending your hard-earned tax dollars on fancy offices, inflated staff salaries & suspicious activities while claiming to fund “Internet freedom” with NO accountability or transparency.
Worse yet—anytime unbiased leadership takes charge at these agencies & asks questions about how taxpayer dollars are being spent- the insider cabal uses & sets up endless so-called “whistleblower” entities to sue the agency.
Anytime we ask questions, they sue with the goal being to get large settlement payments for themselves, unscrupulous lawyers, & their friends- all on the taxpayer's dime. This must end.
