Let me give a small recap, as the above text is very hard to understand.
Firstly the European Court rules that doctors were NOT obliged to give the vaccines to people. They can only be obliged by national law. Secondly, every doctor that administers vaccines IS obliged to provide each patient information about the product and it's effects. The fact that EMA is responsible for the safety of the product, does NOT exclude each doctor to its OBLIGATION to evaluate this vaccine himself.
The administration of Covid vaccines, must be seen as an individual medical treatment. And in every individual case the doctor is liable when the patient has adverse reaction. Especially when the patient was not informed about the meaning of a MRNA treatment!
So, if you or your loved ones have experienced adverse reactions from the covid vaccine, you can hold your doctor responsible for it!
