Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Identification: Source influencers across Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
2. Negotiation Skills: Engage in effective negotiations to secure favorable terms for placements.
3. Content Creation:
- Develop compelling advertising materials, including scriptwriting for YouTube and crafting English text content.
- Collaborate with designers for visually engaging images
- Сreate screen video demos of the product.
4. Results Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as views, clicks, and orders using tools like UTM tags and Google Analytics.
5. Reporting: Maintain a comprehensive reporting table, including data on CPM, cost per click, and cost per lead.
6. Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough profitability analyses of placements, driving informed decisions for continued, adjusted, or discontinued collaboration with influencers.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Marketing Acumen: Possess a solid understanding of marketing principles, ensuring the effective construction of advertising materials.
2. Influencer Experience: Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience working with influencers, with proficiency in various social media platforms.
3. Negotiation Skills: Calculating, forecasting reach, and negotiating terms effectively.
4. Systematic Approach: Maintain lists of influencers, follow up diligently, and approach challenges with resilience.
5. English Proficiency (minimum B2): ability to communicate and collaborate.
