On March 3, 2025, a joint Spanish-Italian operation dismantled a jihadist network: 11 arrests (10 in Barcelona, 1 in Piacenza). These self-structured and self-financed Muslims used encrypted channels to advocate murder and beheadings against those fighting the Islamization of Europe. One woman led a women's group dedicated to indoctrination and target hunting. This is the third raid after 2022 and 2023: the threat persists, and above all is growing.
Their plan was to behead various activists, militants and apostates known for their anti-immigration or anti-Islamic views.
Remember Mannheim : A 25 yo Afghan stabbed Michael Stürzenberger, an anti-Islamic figure, and killed a policeman at a “Pax Europa” rally.
In 2022 and 2023, Hamza K. was arrested and attacks on identity bars such as La Traboule in Lyon were thwarted.

Gym Routine Change:
Recently, I have been utilising cold showers for a quicker recovery.
I have noticed that the cold shower in particular helps me post leg day workouts!
Elminates all excess liquid build up in the legs. (Aslong as you keep drinking to flush it out)
Some days after 3 gym sessions in a row I was unable to do a 4th day because my body was in too much pain/stiff.
To work through this problem I have been taking a cold shower no longer than 5 mins following a 2nd and 3rd workout cycle.
Following this my body is ready to go the next day not a bother, no pains or aches. I had a joint injury in my shoulder the last few weeks and I find the cold shower helped with this recovery also as im back as of 2 days ago doing intense shoulder workouts.
I've made it mandatory to eat atleast 3 fruit for vitamins and a sizeable portion of food with my lunch post workout.
I neglected fruit a while ago and I paid the price with getting regular colds and sickness, Which effects your growth + workout sessions.

Faced with our foes both foreign and domestic we remain stronger united in our cause to relieve Europe of treacherous politicians and parasitic corporations who have for too long used and abused the European peoples.

Fingal County Council want to sell public land to Apruva to build a Hindu temple for a 50% discount.
Instead of asking for €850k - money sorely needed and which could be used to serve the people of Fingal - they're asking only €425k.
Needless to say I will oppose this measure and do my best to take this outrageous discount off the table, if not prevent the sale altogether.
We don't need a Hindu temple, we need basic amenities for the Irish people: housing, special needs units, care facilities and more.
Instead of asking for €850k - money sorely needed and which could be used to serve the people of Fingal - they're asking only €425k.
