Palestinian journalist and US citizen Shireen Abu Akleh was martyred on May 11, 2022 while covering IOF crimes in #Jenin. As the occupation typically does after deliberately targeting journalists, they denied any involvement, claiming that Palestinian resistance fighters had shot the Al-Jazeera journalist.
Independent investigations in the following months all came to the same conclusion: an IOF sniper had deliberately shot Abu Akleh, despite her being clearly marked as a journalist. In the meantime, occupation forces stormed the journalist’s funeral in Al-Quds, assaulting mourners and causing her coffin to fall. Naturally, the United States turned a blind eye to the murder of its citizen by virtue of the fact that her murderer was a zionist settler.
She was neither the first nor the last journalist assassinated in cold blood for reporting the truth: Over 210 Palestinian journalists have been martyred since the start of the IOF’s aggression on Gaza. The IOF has never pursued action against soldiers who target journalists, and the case of Shireen Abu Akleh was no exception: despite a halfhearted apology over a year later, the IOF refused to name the soldier responsible.

🚨 After engaging in armed clashes, the commander of the Jenin Brigade, Sheikh Nour Abdel-Karim Al-Bitawi, along with Hekmat Abdel-Nabi, ascended to martyrdom after being besieged in a home targeted by a zionist airstrike in the city of #Nablus.
It is worth noting that Nour Al-Bitawi was a wanted commander pursued by both the occupation forces and Palestinian Authority.
Nour was a prominent commander of the brigades, embodying the spirit and fury of Jenin wherever he went, until he ascended to martyrdom on the beloved soil of the city of Nablus.
In Media 3, Nour sends a message on behalf of the brigade, he says; "The message of the brigade today, by the will of Allah Almighty, is that the Jews will pay in millions. The Jews will pay in millions—for the [martyr's] pure and sacred blood, by the will of Allah Almighty. And if the enemy has any courage, let it admit the losses it suffered in the Jenin camp and in the city of Jenin."
