Gardening is a very white activity.
Not that nonwhite Americans never tend gardens. But they mostly do it for work.
Getting involved in a project where you plant hedges or flowers or trees, not because you need money, but as an expression of your artistic feelings, aesthetic intelligence, and respect for cultivating life is something whites do exceptionally well. It is also why we are natural global leaders in geopolitics.

Not being independently wealthy, like some content creators, that means I will have to devote my time to paying customers, who value my work enough to pay me for it.
I will still do the best I can and I wish I could do this full-time, but that ain't the real world.

Don't overeat.
Lift heavy 3-4 x per week.
Fine tune with cardio every day.
Lose about 1 lb a week. Too fast and your strength will drop
