My review of the Civil War movie because I just watched it last night after pirating it:
It is not politically neutral, and various things are attributed to the president in the movie, such as "airstrikes on civilians," "policies during the third term," "the disbandment of the FBI," as well as an "antifa massacre." The guy in the hello-kitty glasses is very clearly a part of the loyalist (presidential) forces because he says Missouri and Colorado are true American states (which happen to be states within the loyalist country). He is depicted as someone who kills civilians on a regular basis due to their ethnic or regional affiliation.
One of the many nonwhite journo characters dies because of the Hello Kitty Man, making it seem like more of a one-sided revenge arc from that point on than an in-depth story about why or what is happening. The rebel forces are depicted as being very POC, with a POC captain executing her way through the white house. Overall, if the Jewish movie directors wanted us to interpret the movie in our own way, this would be the most reasonable, and it is no surprise given that A24 is literally the biggest direct-subversive entertainment company, while others are more indirect.
