That's why I intuitively stopped wearing wrist watches 8 years ago. Also the reason being all the wrist watches I used their time will keep on changing, no matter if I used digital or analog watch. Also the fact our skin gets impacted by whatever we wear. So I stopped wearing wrist watches and any other bracelets.

Keep in mind, people generally do not “feel" like anything is wrong either. We don’t exactly have nerve endings inside of our arteries and veins and many of our organs. Sharing this below...

Critical Thinking > Acquisition of Data
Another important thing is discernment, to figure out what is truth and what's not.
Homeschooling is the better way to educate the kids in today' world.
Teach them "how to think" and arguing all sides of a position. teach them to ask questions on everything.
Teach them emotional intelligence to know when emotions take over and bias thinking. Teach them debate class. Teach them how the Scientific Method works. Teach them systems. And most important of all. Teach them how to connect to the nature and stick to originality instead of fakeness.
