This runic formula is found on the Vadstena bracteate from c. 500AD.
A powerful one to sing, as in the first half, when sung repetitively, the W sound disappears and the cyclical nature erodes beginning and ending - the Germanic “power word” ALU emerges.

Short workouts this week, feeling solid.
Flat Bench up to two hard sets (and a little volume set just for fun) 275x8, 315x3, 225x18
Chest Supported Plate Loaded Row for two really heavy sets of 6-8 and a volume set.
That’s it.
There’s tons of arguments out there of intensity vs volume and science nerds making everything sound complex…
I’m usually in the gym for 30-45 minutes, no fuckaround time but adequate rest between sets, a few exercises for a couple sets hard as hell, get outta there.
It worked when I was natural, it works on TRT (actual TRT dose, not a cycle. Everything works on a big enough stack!)
