Answer: when Congress circumvents the law requiring a vote on Presidential National Emergencies within 15 days.
This passed with only three of us Republicans dissenting. It means there will be no House votes on tariffs.

I’ve never used Signal.
It can keep comms secure from some but it won’t keep secrets from sophisticated nation states. If it could do that, it’d be illegal!
I figure it helps flag what govts want to monitor, and a 1st class nation state is going to log keys and watch screens.

In 2015, Congress repealed country of origin labeling requirements for beef & pork. I voted to keep the labels, but most of Congress voted to remove labels because of a WTO ruling in favor of Canada & Mexico. If we’re in a trade dispute now, I say put the labels back on our food.
