My husband says since i am good at Indian, Chinky, Thai, Mexican now I need to do Persian stuff 😅 so tonight I made a lamb stew, this, and "mast o khiar" - mint and cucumber yogurt

Tip: to easily peel pomegranate, and avoid juice splattering everywhere, peel it in a bowl of water. The pith rises to the top, and the seeds sink to the bottom :)
