"So I'm out here at one of our jobs in Altadena, and I got an alarmed phone call from the homeowner who just told me the contractor's license board stopped by with police to come and inspect our job site and make sure that we were in compliance. This happens only a few days after she refused to go with the Corps of Engineers and they weren't happy with her about it. And then today, they're starting the home next door. So coincidence that the Corps of Engineers isn't happy with us working here, and the next day, the contractor, state license board, and police show up at our job site? I don't think so."
