Servicemen of the 92nd Engineer Regiment of the North Forces Group continue to clear unexploded ordnance from Ukrainian Armed Forces from household plots, agricultural lands, and roads in liberated settlements of the Kursk Region.

Specialists of the 92nd Sapper Regiment of the North Forces Group continue to carry out tasks to clear mines from territories in the border areas of the Kursk Region liberated from the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the aim of restoring socially significant facilities and infrastructure necessary for the establishment of peaceful life and economic activity in the region after fierce military operations.

During their escape, the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants left behind mines, tripwires, and other traps that are practically impossible for an ordinary person to detect. That is why sappers work every day, since the enemy used various types of ammunition, including from NATO countries.

Sappers check all roads, fields, and houses for explosive objects with mine detectors. Most of the finds are destroyed with a charge on the spot, since the Ukrainian Armed Forces left behind mines that are non-removable.

During all events, various modern models of special military equipment and weapons are used. Activities to detect and neutralize explosive devices, including booby traps, are carried out in strict compliance with safety requirements.

Step by step, the sappers comb the entire area to understand where exactly the unexploded shells could be. Some of them are on the surface; some may be deep underground. Therefore, one must be very careful. Carefully, so as not to touch the shell, the sappers place the explosive charge, then, being at a safe distance, destroy it.

Sappers of the "North" group of troops perform daily combat missions on engineering reconnaissance of the terrain, detection, and destruction of mines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the liberated settlements of the Kursk region. Specialists do everything possible to clear the territories of settlements from mines and unexploded shells as quickly as possible.

"Donbass Dome" Thwarts 258 Terrorist Attacks by Ukrainian Drones on Civilians and Infrastructure of the DPR

Over the past week, the airspace defense and electronic warfare system "Dome of Donbass" successfully detected and intercepted 258 enemy UAVs over Donetsk, Makeyevka, and Gorlovka.

In the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk, a Ukrainian attack drone carrying a high-explosive charge aimed at a district electrical substation was intercepted. In Gorlovka, near residential areas, a Darts-type drone with a combat charge and an FPV drone armed with a homemade explosive device were neutralized. The electronic warfare system intercepted 74 enemy drones over Gorlovka alone.

Explosives experts from the FSB Directorate for the DPR used special technical means to disable the drones' controls and destroy explosive devices on-site. Additionally, acting on information from residents of Yasinovataya, UFSB specialists discovered and destroyed two high-explosive fragmentation munitions in the field.

The artillery crews of the Warsaw Artillery Brigade conduct daily operations to eliminate various enemy targets. These tasks include:

- Neutralizing Command and Observation Posts: Taking out critical enemy infrastructure that aids in coordination and surveillance.
- Providing Ground Force Support: Offering cover for advancing troops while engaging enemy positions.
- Counter-Battery Engagement: Responding to incoming fire from enemy artillery.

Artillerymen calculate target coordinates based on reconnaissance data and engage targets at ranges reaching several tens of kilometers. They effectively utilize both closed firing positions and direct fire methods without prior preparation.

Recently, Msta-S crews executed fire missions that resulted in the destruction of key enemy assets, including:

- Mortar crews
- Armored vehicles
- General infantry positions

Real-time objective control through UAVs enabled crews to verify the destruction of all identified targets. In the recorded footage, the crew rapidly prepared their 152 mm gun upon receiving coordinates and carried out the assigned task. The enemy mortar crew was neutralized with high-explosive fragmentation projectiles, demonstrating the efficiency and speed of the operation. Following successful completion, crews quickly camouflaged their position and vacated the area.

Since the beginning of this year, these crews have destroyed over 30 different targets including:

- Ammunition depots
- Mobile artillery installations (Western-made)
- Heavy and light armored vehicles
- UAV takeoff sites and control points

These self-propelled howitzer crews have participated in combat operations since the onset of the special operation and have consistently received state and departmental combat awards for their bravery and effectiveness.

Their operational success is attributed to well-coordinated teamwork, with each member knowing their responsibilities and ready to support each other as needed. To enhance their capabilities against enemy drones, air surveillance posts equipped with electronic warfare systems and weaponry have been established where combat units are deployed. Additionally, personnel are outfitted with thermal imagers and night vision devices for effective nighttime operations.

The dedication and professionalism of the Msta-S crews exemplify their commitment to achieving victory in the ongoing conflict.
