On 13 May, Holyrood votes on a bill to legalise assisted dying in Scotland. It is being sold as compassionate. But beware: history shows that such laws rarely stay in their original form. This is a cultural Rubicon.

Two activists from the East Midlands were out in Long Eaton this week, showing support to locals who have been negatively affected by the encroaching presence of migrant hotels in the area.
Only through remigration can we solve this national betrayal.

Labour’s “landmark” trade deal with India gives tax breaks to foreign firms, undercuts British workers, and delivers a pitiful 0.1% GDP boost by 2040. A corporate giveaway dressed up as diplomacy. Britain deserves better. 🇬🇧

Volunteering: Removing Himalayan Balsam at Forfar Loch
The North East Scotland team once again took part in a local volunteering effort at Forfar Loch. The task, which should be familiar by now, was removal of the early stages of Himalayan Balsam. The Balsam is an invasive species that has upset the balance of nature in the park and is now choking out the native plants over large areas. Removal is essential.
The team spend a few hours in the occasional sun, pulling these plants out by the root. Afterwards they were treated to a BBQ with homemade melt in the middle cheese and chorizo burgers, a delicious end to the day.

🎉 Today we celebrate the second anniversary since our formation as a political party!
In just two years, we’ve grown from a handful of individuals into the country's fastest growing, and largest, genuine Nationalist movement, proudly championing the interests of our peoples and our homeland. In our short existence, we've managed to grow to over 1300 members. We've captured the hope of the youth as 70% of our membership is under 30. Thus we're capturing the future.
We've shown what can be done with resilience and ambition. Across the country our message of sensible Nationalism is striking a chord, inspiring people to step forward to win for our people's future. We’ve hit the ground running, securing 12 parish & community council seats and fielding candidates in local elections. We are leading in regard to grassroots politics. We have dedicated activists leafleting every single week, sparking conversations and amplifying the voice of the silent majority.
We've made huge strides, from being the first party in the UK to define remigration and publish a comprehensive policy, to building international relationships. In 2024, we hosted speakers from our allies in the AfD of Germany and Konfederacja of Poland. This year, we've already continued to build more relationships with like-minded organisations in France and Belgium.
Our media team has propelled us to over 40,000 followers on X; this time last year we had only 5,000. There is genuine appetite for our fresh positive approach to politics.
Looking ahead, the Homeland Party remains committed to our core goals of promoting sensible Nationalism and community politics as the path to victory.
To our members and supporters, thank you for standing with us. Here’s to the next chapter of growth, action, and victories for our people!
Join the movement and help secure our homeland.

The new UK-India trade deal promises to "deliver for working people", but it is abundantly clear that this does not include the British worker.
As a part of the new trade agreement with India, Indian workers on temporary assignments in the UK are now exempt from paying National Insurance contributions for up to three years—this comes after a sharp increase in contributions imposed on the British public.
The agreement thus grants a targeted financial advantage to short-term Indian workers, in contrast to the higher contribution burden shouldered by British workers.
Due to British companies also having an exemption for Indian workers (around £500 per person annually), it is cheaper to employ Indians than it is to employ native Brits, meaning British jobs will not go to British people.
Indian workers and big business are set to gain whilst ordinary British people are set to lose. This is made considerably worse due to already rising unemployment rates and the cost of living crisis.
The Labour Party are once again putting the British people last.

Earlier this week, one of our newest activists was out in Derby spreading the Homeland party’s message that England is changing.
This comes off the back of a successful social gathering the previous week. Through positive community engagement, change becomes possible.
