There are times when deeply tragic events place everything into a different perspective. Today is one of those days.
Today everything seems mundane and unimportant in comparison to the loss of life.
A sensitive, creative, misunderstood young man decided to take destiny into his own hands and left his physical presence for a better existance closer to God.
May he find the peace he desperately longed for, as we struggle to come to terms with the fleeting nature of life.
Yesterday he was here, today he’s gone. A talented artist, an awakened soul, who for a moment must have just longed to finally be at peace.
It is those of us he’s left behind that have to find a way to make sense of existence itself.
Life is as fragile as it is resilient, as wonderful as it is cruel, as simple as it is mysterious.
Perhaps one day we will understand… today I, personally, can only claim total ignorance. Sometimes there are simply no answers.
He will be forever in our hearts…
