It has been a month since Oleksandr “WINDIR” Samoilovich, a young hero fell in battle near Pokrovsk, Donetsk direction. Only 18 years old, he had a whole life ahead of him. Despite this, he left everything behind in sought to defend his homeland from the communist invaders. Oleksandr took the sword of victory, marched to battle, and fought till the very final breath. RIP WINDIR, Till Valhalla. Слава Україні! Героям Слава!

About World Religions and Self Defense:
-Christianity in the New Testiment even promotes self-defense. The previous Pope fancied Beretta. The leader of the 'Church of God World Mission Society' (known for being a more 'anti-violence' sect) has stated for its members to protect/defend themselves should they become assaulted.
-Even the Shaolin and Buddhist monks learned martial arts for their own protection, with and without martial weapons.
-Judaism and Islam have no opposition to their followers practicing personal protection.
-Sikhs traditionally carry a knife as part of their religious beliefs for protection.
-Shinto supports armed defense.
-Every European Pantheon sect of Paganism is strongly in favor of armed defense. They are ancesterial European warrior religions.
-Most other Pagan religions throughout all continents of the world and races of people are in favor of weapons ownership and armed defense. There are very few religions out there that are indeed truly pacifist.

Your children are a critical part of your legacy. They are the future, your future, and a form of representation of yourself. Cherish your children and build them up in strength, with love and care. Do right by them, especially in their younger years. Your deeds will be crucial in the formation of their foundation.
("Bluey" is a great show for parents to watch with their kids. It's entertaining for both the parents and the kids, and it teaches the kids as well as the parents, especially on good practices for interacting with their children.)

In the US Army TM Survival Manual, it discusses the importance of mindset and having a positive mental attitude and keeping something in mind to look forward to. In ASSIST training It's talked about the importance of everyone having a goal or something to look forward to and work towards. Why are your eyes at the front of your head? So you can keep looking forward and move in that direction.
In the Army Survival manual it talks about the importance even of a fresh shave that can boost morale. And I can personally attest to this being true. If you are feeling bummed out, groom yourself, shave your face, take a shower, and dress in nicer clothes. I promise you that practicing good hygiene first thing when you wake up and groom yourself along with wearing nicer clothes will have a good impact on your subconscious.
In the book written by a high ranking Navy Officer, If You Want To Change The World, Make Your Bed , he is correct in the power of starting off each day with an accomplishment. It's why in Bootcamp and Basic training, they ingrained into us to do just that. Start our day off with an accomplishment and keep your life looking neat, tidy, and squared away. If you are feeling bummed out, go tidy something up in your home. It doesn't have to be much.
But make these practices a habit, and these directly affect the neurological pathways that your mind builds when you perform these positive actions and make them habbits.
Remember, success is a habit. You are your habits. If you want to change your life, take a look at your habits. And if you want to do better in life, learn the habits of those who are successful who you want to emulate.

Their members are trying to actively recruit people under false pretense. Their leader Rinaldo Nazzaro was exposed as a Zigger living in St. Petersburg and a fed and their members have been sabotaging Ukrainian infrastructure and military gear for a while now.
