In this book, we have tried to point out the basics of the science of Organizational Behavior and Human Relations that can be used in every institution, organization and company in the public and private sector, and emphasize on educational organizations mainly (schools and universities); in such a way that the lack of content in this area is partially resolved; The use of some local examples related to educational organizations, as well as providing the background of researches related to the content of each chapter, are among the advantages of this book. This book can be used as a Text Book for students of Educational Sciences, Educational Management, Higher Education Administration, Training and Improvement of Human Resources, as well as managers and Leaders of organizations, especially managers of educational organizations.
در کتاب حاضر کوشش بر این بوده که ضمن اشاره به مبانی علم رفتار سازمانی و روابط انسانی که در هر نهاد سازمان و شرکت دولتی و بخش خصوصی قابل استفاده است، بر سازمان های آموزشی عمدتا مدارس و دانشگاهها تأکید داشته باشیم؛ به گونه ای که کمبود محتوا در این حوزه تا حدودی برطرف شود استفاده از برخی مثالهای بومی مرتبط با سازمانهای آموزشی و نیز ارائه پیشینه پژوهشهای مرتبط با محتوای هر فصل، از جمله مزیتهای کتاب حاضر است این کتاب به عنوان منبع درسی برای دانشجویان رشته های علوم تربیتی مدیریت آموزشی مدیریت آموزش عالی آموزش و بهسازی منابع انسانی و نیز مدیران و رهبران سازمانها به ویژه مدیران سازمانهای آموزشی قابل استفاده است.
