Despite it being pagan coded, I like the concept of the life stages of womanhood as Maiden, Matron, and Crone. Each stage is initiated by an irreversible biological event that involves suffering: menarche, childbirth, and menopause. The vast majority of women will go through all three events, and each stage marks a major transformation in the woman's role in greater society. For women, this reality is fixed and unchanged through the ages.
In contrast, men's life transitions have primarily been marked by custom. Rite of passage rituals used to denote a boy's transformation into manhood at some point during puberty. Marriage was the primary event that marked an established man. And old age was marked by transitions into higher positions of influence or retirement from military service or their paid occupation. As times change, coming-of-age rituals have largely disappeared, marriage and fertility rates have fallen, and economic turmoil has many wondering if they can ever retire. Thus we see men feeling lost in their self conception of masculinity, even to the point of neurotically or destructively trying to find ways to establish a concept of "manhood" in themselves and in the eyes of their peers.
I don't have any particular solutions in mind, but it is worth thinking about for those of us who have husbands, brothers, and sons who feel or will feel lost in the current age.

The refrain that divorce culminates in the woman "taking 50% of the man's stuff" is ridiculous. I'm married, and I have claim to 100% of "his stuff" right now. In the same way, he has ownership of 100% of "my stuff," because WE'RE MARRIED.

Religious doctrine places the burden of chastity equally upon men and women. The societal benefits are different for each sex in terms of scale, however. It's simple to see that chastity on the individual level is more important for women. Promiscuity exposes individual women to dangers that do not impact men in the same way, such as sexual violence, illegitimate pregnancy, and venereal diseases that disproportionately cause infertility in women. On a societal level, male chastity has greater benefits for a nation. A male population that leaks vril all over the place becomes depressed and uninspired, less driven, and less conscious toward the common good. Simple men concerned only with their own sexual strategy see chastity in terms of the effects on the individual. Thoughtful men see the bigger picture.

A common refrain in trad/manosphere talking points is that a woman needs to "step back" or "make space" for a man to truly grow into his manhood. Even when I was fully parroting these talking points, I was aware of an implicit hypocrisy to the idea that the actions of a supposed "leader" would be predicated on the actions of someone who is supposed to be subordinate to him. If you need someone to "make space," (ie diminish themselves) for you to lead, then you are not a leader.

Brigham Young University released a study in 2022 about sexual assault and dating apps. The assaults happened sooner in the perpetrators' acquaintance with the victim and were more violent than assaults not associated with dating apps. Victims were more likely to be lacerated or strangled, and less likely to be plied with alcohol or drugs prior to the assault than sexual assaults not associated with dating apps.
Match Group, the owner of large dating apps such as Tinder and Hinge, officially has a policy of banning any individual accused of sexual assault, yet a man by the name of Stephen Matthews was reported to Match Group for rape by 15 different women and still continued to have access to the apps. He was eventually sentenced to 158 years for 35 counts.
The ratio of men to women on dating apps is already roughly 4:1 across platforms. Ladies, the number of women on dating apps needs to drop to zero.

A very bleak and completely incorrect take that I often hear in online right wing spaces is that the greatest artists of our race lived in the past. Some of the greatest artists who have ever lived are alive right now and producing some of the most amazing works in history. Arguably there are more of them alive than have ever lived due to the ability to access knowledge and crowdsource skill sets via the Internet. That white pill is the main reason I like to share the works of living women artists on our channel.
