this isn't Skyrim 9th Revision: Cyrodiil Edition. This is just Oblivion packed with all of the shit that helped Skyrim wow people, and packed with still more shit after that. The mechanical simplifications don't seem to lose anything important. Skills everyone wants to see returned were implemented (i.e. hand-to-hand, unarmored, athletics, acrobatics) and implemented faithfully.
