Why Do Ascension Symptoms Seem to Be Increasing?

"Is it the case that higher vibrational energy is causing increased physical challenges within the body, or is it that this new energy brings with it an expanded state of consciousness, allowing lightworkers to perceive, through a higher vibrational lens, imbalances that have always existed but were previously undetectable at earlier stages of awareness?
In the old energy, it was possible for a lightworker to harbor disease within the body without any conscious awareness of it. What is now surfacing should not be viewed as a misfortune, but rather as a significant milestone in their consciousness. It signals that one has reached a point of deeper connection and heightened sensitivity to the body, one that has never before been possible in this way in an older energy.
This shift represents a new mechanism by which the lightworker, through their innate is beginning, to engage with the body more profoundly and intuitively than ever before, creating a journey of allowance for preventative measures at a much closer distance to the starting line, rather than waiting until the inevitable and eleventh hour crisis at the finish line. We ask that you do not experience your body as having issues, but that you see in a higher energy consciousness awareness, that you are now feeling what had always been there waiting for that moment of healing. This is a mark of arrival. See the higher consciousness working through you now. For this reason our civilisation does not experience illness as we are aware of misalignment within our consciousness with immediacy. There is no delayed response time. What you are witnessing is your delay response time speeding up to now match what the body is storing mentally, emotionally and energetically. The feed back system is switching on lightworkers.

ENERGY UPDATE – The Way Forward Is Now Clear
After months of delays from retrogrades and eclipse disruptions, it’s going to start feeling like May is bringing a shift into forward momentum that might not have been there before. Mars exits its retrograde shadow on May 3rd, having gone retrograde in Cancer and recently reentered Leo, reigniting drive and motivation, especially in areas ruled by Leo in your chart.
Another important date to add is May 24th, as Saturn continues its slow transit through Pisces, creating a feeling of more responsibility, structure, and discipline around emotional, spiritual, and intuitive matters. This is significant, especially with Neptune co-present, blurring the lines between dreams and accountability. Expect this transit to demand a more grounded approach to personal ambitions, especially for Pisces placements.
On May 29th, Mercury meets the Sun at 9° Gemini in a superior conjunction, called a Kazimi. What this means, Lightworkers, is a HUGE mental breakthrough. Historically, Pluto last transited Aquarius from 1777 to 1798, a period characterised by a lot of societal transformations, including the American and French Revolutions, and the dawn of the Industrial Revolution. As the first full Pluto retrograde in Aquarius in our lifetimes, it’s going to shine a light on technology and major societal changes.
On a personal level, Pluto retrograde will pull lightworkers inward to face where their shadow must be integrated, so you will likely see, out in the real world, some serious power struggles in politics and deep psychological imprints for the individual coming up, including unresolved mother and father wounding. These parental dynamics, often formed early in life and linked to your inner child wounding, will want to resurface for healing, especially around issues of control, abandonment, and emotional distance. The mother wound in this energy will likely show up as people pleasing, low self-worth, or struggles with emotional safety, while the father wound will manifest through authority issues, a lack of self-discipline, or emotional detachment.
This retrograde will, ready or not, want you to identify how these wounds affect your identity, relationships, and sense of belonging, and to begin the work of reparenting, setting boundaries, and releasing generational patterns so that May really can be the month of “The Way Forward IS Clear.”

Today, millions of people across Portugal, Spain, and parts of southwestern France are experiencing unprecedented power cuts. Around 12:30 p.m. local time, a huge blackout spread across Portugal, bringing daily life to a standstill. Public transport systems have shut down, with metros in Lisbon and other areas grinding to a halt. Airports like Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado are running on backup generators, leading to major flight delays. Hospitals, water supplies, and mobile networks are all struggling under emergency systems. In cities, traffic lights are out, causing widespread gridlock and serious safety concerns.Authorities, including Portugal’s grid operator REN, have revealed that the outage was triggered by an extraordinary natural event, a rare atmospheric phenomenon linked to the extreme electromagnetic energy currently surrounding the Earth. Scientists describe it as "induced atmospheric vibration," which is essentially a massive temperature swing over central Spain that caused high-voltage power lines to oscillate uncontrollably. This vibration destabilised the interconnected European power grid, leading to cascading synchronisation failures.
What do we know about extreme solar flooding and environmental conditions? The two go hand in hand. Your heart is simply rewiring itself to the cosmic heartbeat of Earth’s new rhythm. Give it a moment.

Energy Update
Early this morning, major fire broke out at an electrical substation in Maida Vale, northwest London, prompting a significant emergency response from the London Fire Brigade. The blaze, which ignited around 5:30 AM, involved another electrical transformer and quickly spread to the roof of an adjacent residential building. Approximately 100 firefighters and 15 fire engines were dispatched to the scene to tackle the intense fire. The London Fire Brigade reported receiving over 170 emergency calls related to the incident. As a precautionary measure, about 80 residents from nearby flats were evacuated. Station Commander Paul Morgan described the fire as "very visible" and emphasised the substantial smoke production, advising locals to keep their windows and doors closed and to avoid the area. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The rising frequency of Earth is going to continue highlighting where the structures from an old vibration especially in power and energy are outdated and will highlight their need for renewal by failure, wear, or fire. The news will continue to explain events as “unexplained” without definitive conclusions, but multiple deductions such as the Heathrow Airport transformer which erupted into fire and Portugal yesterday. As the higher energy continues, it not only highlight in the world soul where its density needs to be released, but more clearly now in its systems that are outdated, as seen in these events and their increasing news coverage. Expect to see more of these events and their regularity.

The rising frequency of Earth is going to continue highlighting where the structures from an old vibration especially in power and energy are outdated and will highlight their need for renewal by failure, wear, or fire. The news will continue to explain events as “unexplained” without definitive conclusions, but multiple deductions such as the Heathrow Airport transformer which erupted into fire and Portugal yesterday. As the higher energy continues, it not only highlight in the world soul where its density needs to be released, but more clearly now in its systems that are outdated, as seen in these events and their increasing news coverage. Expect to see more of these events and their regularity.
