This proposal is aimed at making changes to the press and activation mechanism after the rune of the Framwarmers Sky Agent Framework, which is expected to minimizes the overhead management costs.The following changes are offered:
- Delete the printing mechanism and the concept of printing with a payment for exit and include it in activation.The Activation Engine will use the SEAL Engine infrastructure, and Exit Fee will be installed at 0.
- Activation will receive all excess protocol, SPK tokens and other Star tokens originally designed for Seal Engine.
